Congrats Velile, I would also buy land next to your house to protect your current property if possible. I was able to do that mna cause I'm on the outskirt of the village. That is what I did. I bought land next to me and below so that I can protect my property as we don't have stringent rules in the countryside. The land you acquired looks nice too.

No one hires them close to where I stay unfortunately. The distance from our neighbour where the hardware truck delivered them and our plot is very short. It would have been a waste of money. We tried to protect our cars don’t worry. 🙏🏾❤️

Congratulations Sisi, please advise where do you get rural land I'm also interested in owning land in riral areas. I once tried to but it was evident that I bought from a person who is not trustworthy and ended up not getting the land. Luckily with God om my side, my money was paid back

Hi Velile, I've recently discovered your channel and I love it. My husband and I have been looking into having a home in the rural. I am in my late 20s and the urban life just doesn't appeal to me anymore. The hussle and buzz of the city is mentally and emotionally draining at times. 😅 Thank you for your content ❤❤ and for inspiring us. Well, I got mine mid last year in Uitval, Mzinyathi District in KZN and I have a video with details about Uitval available land. Check it out. I am not sure if the fee will be the same for you. It depends on many matters. Just enquire. 🙏🏾❤️

The best way is to talk to the Chief. I will ask and announce on my next video if there is still plots available at this amount. Other plots are big and around R10,000.

I have been stuck in the city, paying high rent, no way of saving money to buy a plot. these plot's here are extremely expensive. I've always felt like I'm stuck in this life of renting other people's properties in the suburbs, I'm scared of going to Town-ship, since I'm a single woman staying alone. I have been paying high rent and counting the years I have wasted money makes me frustrated. Acquiring land in the villages is basically you meet with the chief and ask for land he will discuss it with you and show you where to acquire,you pay a minimum fee for that in my village you buy a bottle of brandy and pay about R300.

A South African usually acquires land in rural areas through ancestral lineage. These days one does not have to be of lineage to the clan in the village but has to be a SA citizen and able to state their case to the chief and reason why they want to be part of the village they chose. Once a chief accepts and trust that you will be beneficial to the village, they ask you to pay a fee to be registered at the office as the owner of the land. You and your family owns that land forever from generation to generation. You can’t sell land but you can sell the house to another family if you decide to relocate and the family you sell the house to is accepted by the chief and villagers. No one will chase your family away as long as you are respectful and trustworthy to the community. I hope that is clear but I have covered a lot on this subject. Watch my old videos. 🙏🏾❤️

@@supremegirlsinternational I guess this is what parents who moved to the cities to work and never went back to the villages long ago have done to the current generation. In retrospect, every black South African has originality a village in SA. You might have not been told your history by your parents and maybe they were not told by theirs but you certainly do. To answer your question, yes you can approach any chiefs in any village you prefer and start the process. They will tell you how they do it in their village. 🙏🏾❤️

South African citizens have a right to acquire land anywhere in South African rural areas. You just have to state your case to the chief of the village and he will accept and introduce your family to the villagers. It a matter of how authentic your story and request is and also how trustworthy you are. 🙏🏾❤️
