In my opinion, you could probably just get rid of the bottom wings, make the top wings connected and make them curvy, curve the face of the bird more to connect it to the body, add a beak, bring the tail closer, and make it thicker, turn the whole bird blue. Then take the background and make that white. Now you have the original twitter design
