I can't take it anymore. I'm sick of Xiangling. I try to play Diluc. My Xiangling deals more damage. I try to play Yoimiya. My Xiangling deals more damage. I try to play Cyno. My Xiangling deals more damage. I want to play Klee. Her best team has Xiangling. I want to play Raiden, Childe - they both want Xiangling. She grabs me by the throat. I fish for her. I cook for her. I give her the Catch. She isn't satisfied. I pull Engulfing Lightning. "I don't need this much er" She tells me. "Give me more field time." She grabs Bennett and forces him to throw himself off enemies. "You just need to funnel me more. I can deal more damage with Homa." I can't pull for Homa, I don't have enough primogems. She grabs my credit card. It declines. "Guess this is the end." She grabs Gouba. She says "Gouba, get them." There is no hint of sadness in his eyes. Nothing but pure, no icd pyro application. What a cruel world.

Honestly I really agree with him for the weapons. Refinements give a very small increase to a single weapon compared to when you have 3 or 4 of the same 5* weapon that you could use elsewhere

@@XuanChen12345 i'm not saying that YOU do it, but that it's optimal to do so. Like, switch Xianglings sands from em to atk% if you play mono pyro. Same with aggravate characters if you decided to play them in taser. Change Kokomi's artifacts from the healing set to totm if you play her with Ayaka. Or to flop if you play her with Nilou. Yelan can have favonius if she's solo hydro or a dps weapon if you play her with Xingqiu, and so on. There are plenty of reasons to switch your weapon and artifacts in this game

3 years as f2p and i only have 40 characters fully built. I stopped because the rest are really weak characters or characters i'm not interested in but most of my characters are really well built. Building all your characters is a really hard thing to achieve so good job sir you're the champ

@@saadplays8214 as an f2p i don't have that many weapons so my focus on them is minimal and for the talents i try to get all the characters to 8/8/8 talents or level the talents that matters to 8. I have some characters at higher than 8 like my main and other characters i like

@@Mistathe4th yes i get the character to 55/130 or 60/140 before i switch to the next one depends on how much i like the character that's why i don't spend More than a month or two on the character. But ofc my main Ganyu and some other characters have high end builds cus i gave more dedication and time to them but still 60/140 is a very good stoping point for any character based on my experience

@@Kaiji... Gotta answer to that too hope you don't mind. Chongyun, Shenhe, Kazuha, Bennett is a great ST team where Chongyun just throws nukes after nukes not only with his burst but his E and NA as well, it performs insanely good and competes with meta teams, but in multi-target it falls off because of Shenhe's limited buff, so I usually run Xiangling instead for split team damage or Nahida for Hyper Chongyun damage, turning the team into a burnmelt team.

⁠@@Kaiji...Uh idk might be your build or rotation because my Bennett isn’t maxed out (Fav is less base attack, 80/80, burst level 8, only C2 somehow still) and I don’t even have Shenhe but get like 70k-90k per burst ice sword on Chongyun (I have his C6 so multiply that by 4). And that’s with an ER sands on 2pc Noblesse 2pc Gladiator because no I don’t have any good 2pc Blizzard that I can slot in (I’ve seen some use 4pc Emblem and 4pc Gilded can potentially work too). I did recently upgrade him to Beacon of the Reed Sea, but even on his previous Archaic build he could still hit pretty solid numbers. I will say that I do have some cons on Kazuha and do typically use both skills from C1 for extra grouping, so if you don’t have C1 maybe switch Kaz to Sac to get enemies tighter together so they can ALL get hit. Also maybe if you keep Shenhe in putting her on Noblesse then Benny on Instructor for more buffing? There’s other variations you can do with Sunfire Jean, Xiangling, Elegy Amber & Sucrose, or C2+ Klee if you want to experiment. I use Diluc on the last slot because originally he was doing the melting before I got Kazuha (the real copium era because Benny wasn’t on their side of Abyss either). He still does some work but he’s far from the recommended pick for anyone but me. The only other thing would be if you’re trying the comp against bosses instead of AOE. On bosses it’s more annoying to 2x swirl, make sure they stay within your circle impact cuz they can’t be moved with Kaz, and make sure you have enough pyro to reapply for every burst hit to melt. Also small enemies all dying together give you back more energy for a new wave than one big tanky energy stingy boss so you can spam rotations more quickly and easily. It’s still doable against bosses just a lot less fun personally, would much rather bring my Wanderer.

We have the same inventory. But I won’t consider myself as giga whale as well. I only get a copy or 2 of the 5 star weapon best in slot for a specific character. We have the same principle in whaling.

Like, my standard is mostly f2p with some targeted welkins or an occasional battle pass if I really want a specific character. I have been playing for a little over a year, and I have five 5 star weapons, one of which is a limited one, the rest are from standard. Now, I personally don't spend anything I buy on the weapon banner, but just imagining how much you'd need to spend to get more than a full page is giving me a headache. I guess I'm just curious where the line between different levels of spending is.

I have seen so so many account that have homa, englufing, jade cutter, misplitter, so many these broken weapon R30 atleast every single one of these weapon... Spending money on r1 to r5 is way too much then getting r1 weapon

As a small spender (regular welkins and like 2 bp) I'm trying to do the same. And building my unused 4 stars is a thing i do when i have nothing else to do. I usually 100% the map in a week or 2 after it releases bc i like exploring and achievement hunting. And i stopped doing floor 12 after the wenut abyss(i 36 starred it, but at the cost of my sanity). So expanding my roster is the only thing keeping me busy in patches like 3.7-3.8. Right now im working on a sub dps/driver Candace, finishing up my Lynette and pre farming for Wriothesly:)

I have sorta the same mindset where each character gets their own set, and they're made so they can put on a team without needing to move anything around. But I do this because if I DO move stuff around, then I'll lose track of who's holding what.

I will say as a Razor main Razor's best set up if you are using refine 5 serpent spine is 4 piece gladiator with atk/atk/crit damage. This boosts both his physical and electro damage a ton and when run with Yelan creates a really interesting dynamic where most of your damage is physical but you still get a ton of electrocharged damage and the electro charged stuns the enemies making it easier to keep serpent spine stacked. IMO pale flame just makes him a budget Eula and doesn't fully utilize his kit.

As a nearly or somehow considered whale, we have the same thinking. I have every char avail with their 5stars sig weap or BiS for some 4star chars so I never refined them unless there’s only 1 char that uses that weapon. Example Ganyu, R4 amos. Coz my Amber prefers to uses Elegy . Every character of mine is either level 90 or Level 70 and talents 9-9-9 or more or 6-6-6. (6-9-9 for 4stars)

I play the same way. I like to have everyone functional without having to swap anything around, and fortunately yet unfortunately I have every single character in the game and with my artifact luck its almost impossible lol. And leveling so many weapons is WAAAAA

I'd like to say I'm close to what was shown here from a F2P perspective, but even I thought about lving 3 stars and below to max lv and decided not to go through with it mostly because I get beyond bored doing the weapons domains and that also includes all of the craftable from since Inazuma. My Characters used to have full 20 sets, but I did a purge of everything that was below or barely at 20 CV that wasn't exceptional when Emblem was in strongbox, unlike him most of my characters did have usable sets, but weren't all abyss ready .Outside of weapons I'd say I am pretty much at where he is at with my 48 Characters who are equipped with a 90 weapon and are all at 9/9/9 (Except Hydro traveller and Lynette that are Apep mats starved do note that all my other traveller are at 10/10/10 so far my crowns haven't been used unless it's on the traveller) my map is all at 100 % too (outside of one 4.1 area in fountain as of yet). I have been slaking on achievements for a while tho since 4.0 came out I am only at 1035. I gotta say this really impressed me because this is a lot of time investment and this mad lad seems to be doing it in a lot of other games too, I mean I am no different, but Genshin is one of the top 5 time investment I put in at this point.

I like this guy and his philosophy im pretty similar to him but low spender version so similar even Mona was my 1st gacha 5* too lol been playing since Nov 2020 and i dont bother with 36* abyss cuz my ping sucks and anyways I have always invested more on characters than artefacts lol so cuz im lazy always leave it on 32-34 stars but im almost there since ive been farming more artefacts now since i already have all characters lv80+ (except charlotte which im leveling now) Most of my 4* are C6 except for newer Sumeru or Fontaine characters, only missing itto and Klee so far, all talents 8 or +. Also I have the majority of all weapons I have lv80+ i think maybe like 40 weapons or so still missing a few and most of my characters also have their own artefacts. I as well have most maps at 100% only missing small percentage on Enkanomiya and like a couple places of the desert of course The one thing that annoys me the most are the hangouts and I dont play the TCG as much, wish I did. Im a kazuha dps main and my favorite cryo team for him is precisely shenhe, chongyun kokomi lol it works so well Also please try this secret build Ninguang and evening star full EM works for dmg but also shares atk and strong shields all thanks same thing on razor with the claymore that transforms EM into attack with full EM and four piece Shimenawa
