Hey Lauren! I know there's a slim chance you'll see this, but I have to share the best thing my wedding planner suggested for my husband and me. At the end of the reception, have all the guests clear out of the venue. While everyone's being lined up and made ready for your exit, you and your partner have one last slow dance together in private (well, with your photographer and DJ, too). It was incredible - we'd been riding the high all night, partying and enjoying ourselves, and this dance gave us a chance to really embrace the fact that we were married. We both cried (I sobbed) and just held each other. That moment of release and love is one of my favorite memories, and the pictures make me tear up every time I look at them. It was the best "finale" for the night.

I'm usually a silent viewer but seeing Lauren trying on wedding dresses and just the pure joy and excitement she's radiating makes me so happy for her. I've been watching Lauren since I was in the 5th grade and now I'm about to graduate high school. Coolest wedding I’ve ever been to was in a science museum in Nashville. The ceremony was in the planetarium and they said I do under the stars 🥹 the museum was closed for the reception so all of us guests just got to wander the science museum all night! Best part is they had Moes come set up a nacho bar later in the night once we were all a little lit. A beautiful sight! A beautiful time!

Specifically the villa: it’s a Spanish Colonial architecture with aesthetic courtyards, water fountains, arched entryways, curved columns, tiled staircases, and prodigious use of ironwork, which add grace and drama to the crisp white façade bathed in bougainvillea!!!!! It’s such a stunning venue!
