Blinking green led usually means problem with the trim setting. I think I saw the knob on the trim setting more towards the left. Centering to zero. However, with the trouble on the rear right tire - who knows. Be sure to let us know once you figure it out.

Rx should be able to get wet and still work, unless maybe so much water the signal can't get thru. I vote ESC got water in it, can't initialize its BEC thus you have no power to the servo and no power//throttle because w/out the ESC BEC you aren't turning on the Rx inside the box. ? Could be completely wrong of course. But focus on drying out the ESC. You can use CorrosionX type product -- spray it on the ESC electrical components and wipe it away and it will remove water from the contacts, stopping shorts, and allowing it to work again. Might have to remove it from its case though - same with on/off switches
