In life, when you truly work for something, and you are trying very hard to succeed, you accept the premise that you are going to fail along the way. Failure is a part of learning and a part of success in any field, especially professional sports/esports. Having moments where you "rage" or let your emotions become an obstacle would be a silly proposition to jump into. Hard work comes with sacrifice. Literally. Jack has sacrificed time with family, a normal life, and a chance to have a traditional career and has put his entire energy into a competitive scene where he knows by the nature of the field he is risking and sacrificing a lot. Essentially Rocket League is more important to Jack than a game and it's way more important to him than it ever will be to you. He's an incredible outlier in the statistics of RL players and young people in general and it's worth taking notes from him as he's much better at being successful and mature than say an average person his age. Who knows , he is good enough that he could hit it , but he was definitely suprised when he it went in and he didn't seem really hype about it, which is kinda Jack, only getting hyped abiut stuff when he executes what he sets out to do. Mans a beast either way though, I am not doubting him to hate, I actually like the idea that he doesn't care about it cause its random and not intentionally. I mean everyone below top 50 would freak out even if it was on accident but he just went , meh 😂
