Videos like these always remind me of what happened in my MyCareer save from Season 1 to Season 3. Probably one of the craziest MyCareer I've ever seen. Season 1: I took Giovinazzi's seat at Alfa Romeo. Season 2: Regulation change. I moved from Alfa Romeo to McLaren, replacing Lando Norris. Norris was sent to HAAS to replace Nikita Mazepin, who took my seat at Alfa Romeo. Mick Schumacher replaced the retiring Sebastian Vettel at Aston Martin. Guanyu Zhou stepped up to take Mick Schumacher's seat at HAAS. Max Verstappen goes to Mercedes, replacing Bottas (oh boy). Because Verstappen took Bottas' seat, he had to go to Alfa Romeo to replace the retiring Kimi Raikkonen (my save predicted the move irl). Fernando Alonso returns to McLaren as the No.1 driver, partnering me. Because Alonso took Daniel Ricciardo's seat, he returned to Red Bull Racing to take Verstappen's seat. Pierre Gasly took Alonso's seat at Alpine (Frenchness over 9000) George Russell steps up to take Gasly's seat at AlphaTauri (a surprise to be sure, but a welcome one). Giovinazzi came back to replace George Russell at Williams. Season 3: Fernando Alonso retires. Max Verstappen takes Alonso's seat and I'm stuck as the No.2 driver at McLaren for the third year. Mercedes filled Verstappen's seat with Christian Lundgaard instead of bringing Bottas back.

I think this was a prophet speaking for our future. Maybe not necessarily every driver/manufacturer change, but I do see Lando being very dominate in the future. Then again, I'm really new to F1, more or less an outsider looking in, these past couple years. Just calling it how I see it. Nascar nerd here.

in f1 2021 silly seasons seem much rarer now, in 2020 someone like alfa romeo could be dominating by season 5 and in 2021 the team perfomances hardly change

All I learned from this vid is Lando needs to chill, Gio made some moves, Alonso is for some reason still racing in F1, and Toto somehow still looks the same

Now enable Icons and simulate another 10 seasons! Specially with the new game updates, should be more close. And with Icons, it should be fun and also very very controversial. Maybe Coulthard could win if he signed for Mercedes? Or maybe we'll finally see what Montezemolo called "the rebirth of Ferrari" when he allegedly (according to himself anyway) tried to sign Senna for the 1992 season onwards. Senna in a Ferrari? I'd hate to see that, but I also want to see it! I'm so confused. Perhaps Massa can win... Some more races at Williams or Prost could make a big return with Alpine and make Alonso shut up for a sec? Who knows?

From what I've seen, this year's game has a much less volatile championship order, with something absolutely catastrophic having to happen to stop any kind of domination or status quo. Much less entertaining than 2020, though still an amazing video from you mate, nice one

I really wish there was a way to dictate where the other drivers go, it would be nice for my OCD. I’d love to make an all Canadian team/ keep traditional Nationalities with manufacturers, example Gio at Farrari, Germans at Benz, English at McLearen or Williams etc. Try and do basically a football style national team grid.

Awesome video! Had been looking for ones like this, while waiting for this one. Luckily, I didn't have to wait too long :D I don't know if it's just me, but I do feel a little bit sad about the transfers. It doesn't feel like much has changed since 2020. A few swap moves there and then, but nothing extraordinary really happened, and someone like Hamilton/Sainz/Perez probably would've been shifted out of their teams in real life after how they did. Codies should've combined the way transfers worked in 2019 and 2020. I feel like in 2019, the AI were more often than not moved to bigger/smaller teams based on their performances, or because they were seen as better or weaker drivers than the ones some teams had. In 2020, they brought in the driver retirement thing, but completely stopped transfers from happening when a driver is under/overperforming. This year, the transfers were manic at first, but now they don't seem to appear as much, and the same ones seem to happen often, and drivers mainly move because of retirements or because of the players. Either too much, or too little happens. Same with car development. Wish teams could have different ceilings... especially based on how they react to car development changes. So some teams who are successful during dev changes could have the ability to have very good maxed out cars, and teams who aren't as successful could struggle to have very good maxed-out cars.
