You should definitely play more Football Manager 22, loving the video mate also you can make your database bigger by including every continent via custom database settings to make it like 320k players to 310k players but then your PC might explode like a nuclear bomb if it happened(the game reccomends 125,000 players at every save as a limit of all performance)
