Camodo u were on the static camera. Last time I played there were 3 options. First person, third person static n third person but u can move the camera n zoom in/out. U can cycle through the camera options. It goes first person, third person static then third person non static. Just use first person n non static third person pretty much

to use good 3rd person press c after you start the engine and if that doesn't work then go into 1st person and then 3rd person again and that should fix it
