It's great seeing you less stressed now that you have seen and love the new apartment and know that you have a new place! I think this move was the most stressful yet because it happened so fast. Your idea sketches & Pinterest boards are a large part of your planning and not having the time to complete your normal process added to the stress! So glad to see you excited again about the new apartment and the fam coming! All your brother has to do is watch your moving in vlogs to see how much you have improved it! Lol, did the black paint ever come out of the curtain?!!

I rambled on, out of nerves, but you guys were so sweet! Your old DT building looks so nice! I don’t think I watched back then & I don’t think I’ve ever been to that area of DT. I’m beyond impressed that you’re moving while doing daily vlogs and still doing outings with Simon! I moved across the country last year and we had packers, movers and I took 7 weeks off work and it was still so stressful! You’re doing amazing and I’m so glad the apartment is what you hoped for!!

File the top layer of the nails so they're not shiny then soak in acetone or put a cotton ball with acetone on your finger & attach with foil. Check after 10-15 min and it should scrape off. Most important part is to file the topcoat FIRST!!! 💓💓💓 GOOD LUCK ILY 🍀

I firmly believe in keeping ALL your clothes!! I worked with this bad ass lady in her mid 60’s at a restaurant and she still had every piece of clothing she ever bought, shoes and all. Her clothes from the 70’s could not be matched, she had outfits for every occasion and theme. After meeting her I started vacuum sealing clothes I didn’t want for the time being and putting them in storage. I’ve never regretted it! Trends always come back and I think it’ll be sweet for my child to wear my clothes some day. Once in a while I’ll give something away to someone I love but for the most part I haven’t thrown away clothes for 10 years. Every few years I’ll go through and rediscover something and start wearing it again. If you have the space Keep it all!! Haha 😆

@@lillikins123 vacuum sealing them is key! You can fit like four times as much in one container and it’ll help preserve the clothes. I use to live in a really old house and when I left my clothes out, moths would get to them. Also, buy those containers with wheels so it’s easier to roll them in and out of storage. Those are all my tips haha. 💃🏻

I am so happy things are falling into place. And that Simon has been there with you. Yes you coulda done it alone but it's great he has been there to be ur pick me up when you needed it. I recently sold my house and bought another one I feel ur pain. So much crap going at one time. At one time I was ready to just say Im over this crap. But now I'm thankful I put my big girl panties on (as my grandma use to say) I came out of it alive and didn't murder anyone lol You got this lady hang on tight! ❤

I can definitely understand having a hard time with the move. When we bought our first home, I was so excited and proud of us, but I also had so much anxiety during the closing and move. But now I can't imagine being anywhere else.

i’m the complete opposite of tara in the sense that i rarely form attachments to things, which is why i always find it funny when she expresses how strange it is to be doing somewhat mundane things for the last time. i honestly wish i was more like that, because i think in a way it shows how much she appreciates everything she has. that being said, i did have the thought while watching this, “i wonder if tara thinks to herself: omg this will be the last time i ever take a poo in this house!” lol 😂

I'm definitely someone who gets attached to things as well as people so I fully understand what you are feeling. You and Simon have accomplished so much considering the time frame you have been working with as well as sight seeing, travel and so many other things during that same time. I completely get where you are coming from. I’ve lived in the Adirondacks for the last 30 years. I’m moving to another state in September. I’m also leaving the apartment I’ve had for the last 12 years. It was my 1st apartment my kids and I lived in after the divorce. My kids grew up here!! It’s time. I know it’s time. I’m so excited yet so very sad to completely close this chapter!! I so get your emotions!! 💜

So that was around the time you moved into your LA home. I am sad that you are moving from this home beasue i love it so much but moving on to bigger and better things in life.
