This must be an American way of thinking. I don’t understand why most people think just because they have one kid, they need to run out and buy an SUV. I would imagine a civic, accord or other full size sedan would haul a one or two child family just fine. Hell, growing up my mother had a MK3 Toyota Supra and my Dad had a C4 Corvette. They hauled me around in both of those cars until I started grade school. I guess people were just built different back in the 80’s. LOL!

I don't necessarily think it can be attributed to be an "American" way of thinking. It came down to preference and what made sense with the parameters I had. Tragic incidents/accidents can happen and preferably an SUV gave my wife and I more comfort. People were definitely built different back in the 80's. haha Thank you for your comment.

That sounds like a reasonable decision even though it's a massive bummer to see a type r go. Congrats on entering this new chapter of life.

That civic decision might be either the worst or the best decision in terms of the future of your youtube channel

Your videos could use some better editing because in their current form they are difficult to watch through. Btw create a separate channel for podcasts and change their naming scheme because it isnt clear what it is. Same with thumbnails. I see potential tho.

I appreciate your comment and input. We did think about creating a separate channel for podcast content but this channel already has/had a following. What do you mean "the current form are difficult to watch through"? And naming scheme as in the title of the video? Again, I appreciate the input. 😃

@@filipinokid04 I really value how many years of content making you've put into that channel so far but I think there is much to improve. So expanding on what I've said earlier I find your videos hard to watch for a few reasons like: how you talk about too many things in a bit of a disorienting order. there is no like story you are telling. you are jumping between topics and don't fully finish talking about them; Information that a viewer would probably care about is not very specific like your "plans" regarding future content; there is no climax that a viewer might want to get to by continuing to watch; your voice intonation is really boring - you didn't put any emotion into it - feels like an apology video or something; and a somewhat obvious thing that you made a thumbnail sort of promising a reveal of your next car and just didn't deliver on that promise as not like you didn't say what it is but rather that it was underwhelming and was tucked somewhere in the middle of the video. Also I mentioned thumbnails and naming scheme of videos don't work at all. They are generally too long and hard to understand without proper context, especially those thumbnails being very unreadable at a first glance. Despite that you know how to record videos, you loose so much potential due to relatively easily fixable mistakes. I wrote that just because i'm really bored and wanted to possibly somewhat help you. I don't mean to roast you or anything. good luck. btw on your podcasts you're pulling comparable views to me with no following so to declutter your main channel i would reccoment you to move them.

What about a gr86 or evo x?

Both great cars, but I'm a Honda guy through and through. 😄 I know there are so many great platforms for tracking but I gotta stick with Honda. If I did get an evo, I prefer the Evo 9 body style
