It’s called silent aim. It’s all based on FOV. It makes the hit box bigger for say. You can make it hit headshots, and or aim/hit the chest. Magnetic bullets is funny tho it kind of work like that but. It just makes your hit box a lot bigger. To the put you can turn around and hit somebody behind you.

Rebirth is filled with them, you can tell theres a hacker when theres like 5 teams left and the 1st circle is not even done. Sometimes they die because they get into 1v4s and with luck we team wipe them before they come back
