I love the general aesthetic of Crow's channel/persona. It's like some extra-dimensional SCP has come to kidnap you for his space circus, but then it turns out that he's just a chill guy who likes to play video games and has a flair for the dramatic. Definitely one of my favorite KZfaqr "characters"! Or maybe I'm just biased because Corvids are some of my favorite animals . . .

for the final boss i feel like you shouldve brought in a ton of those tiny fire breathing dudes since it seems like you had hundreds of their eggs in about 5 minutes, wouldve been funny to see them scramble around trying to fight

For those wondering about the Steve thing; the Pangolin Dragon appears to be based off the same idea as a Seregios from the Monster Hunter series. There's a fairly well known fan animation featuring a Seregios named Steve. Also I believe Seregios was the first monster to feature the bleed status effect when it was introduced in MH4.

The 'Steve' name (iirc) comes from when Seregios was first teased/revealed, but not given an official name. And when someone asked what its name was, a community manager responded that its name was Steve, and it stuck amongst the community ever since.

One thing I noticed with that mod, the initial dragon’s may be slow but if you breed them the offspring are faster.

The abnormal dragon is a reference to the dragons in the manga Kuutei Dragons, where the dragons are basically just marine-life dragonified. Thats why its a giant manta ray.

Yeah and Pangolin Wyvern is a refrence to Seregious from Monster Hunter. Bleed causing scales and the nickname Steve were a dead giveaway! Edit: oh yeah and Cristatu Yaku is also most likely a refrence to Monster Hunters Bird Wyverns called Tzitzi Yaku and Kulu Yaku.

Late to the party, but the dragon claw planting might be a reference to dragon's teeth in ancient Greek mythology where sowing the teeth of a dragon give Spartoi.

Slim's Building Tip #34 Learn the flex pipe engram. Allows you to build along the ground, up walls, around bends. Start by placing your intake then place a "Master Pipe" where you can branch off to crops, beer kegs, cooker. Then from the master pipe to your intake or vice versa place your flex pipes.

Fantastic video as always! Definitely earning top spot as my favorite ARK youtuber, possibly youtuber in general. Seeing that Alarion really makes me hope the old Monster Hunter mod makes a resurgence. It sucks that Capcom cease and desisted the maker, it was fantastic.

I dont know if this would help but may i suggest Dino Storage? With 1 crystal you can make 2 soul balls and they dont have the cryo sickness as normal cryopods do and they have a soul terminal to place them in as well as a soul gun to scroll thru the list of soulballs in your inventory so you dont have to open your inventory

Just one question, when u want to craft all u can, instead of M2 + selecting what u need, there's a little letter in the side of the option that says (A) in this case That means if u hold A while having your mouse on the thing u wanna craft u'd make it quicker Just a quick way to make it even more smooth, great vid

When I played ark I usually was only protecting my wyverns or breeding them to get cool color mutations while my friends did all the technical stuff like fighting and making the base and arming it.

29:11 the reason it says they call him steve is cuz the mod that wyvern is from is most likely based upon monster hunter, this is likely based on seregios who the community has nicknamed steve

I assume the pangolin dragon being called Steve is a monster hunter reference, as a monster called Seregios that can shoot it’s scales at those who wish to fight it was jokingly nicknamed Steve during the designing phase of monster hunter 4.

Crowmeda, have you tried Pugnacia? If not plz do a 100days Pugnacia ark. As a bonus challenge maybe go nomadic? Any structure placed must be picked up at the start of the next day with the exception of platform saddles and rafts since they're mobile. If you do use this idea, plz name your first Argy or Griffin tame Crowley. 🥰

I think the reason the eggs didnt hatch as the dragons parents is because the mod might have used fire wyvern eggs as the base for the eggs of the custom dinos and it bugged it to hatch only fire wyvern eggs because the game registers them as fire wyverns instead of the custom dinos

The uh reason for the fire wyverns, hatching out of the sand wyvern eggs because The sand wyverns may just be retextured, redesign and renamed fire wyverns overall. (Or not.) Or.. The egg features for the wyvern egg spawning is just very bugged in this mod and doesn’t practically work with the wyverns just laying their eggs in the middle of nowhere cliffs. Which may explain the fire wyvern eggs instead of sand and wind, etc
