Fun fact of the day: Shuriken hydroponics placement was first invented by German generals playing Rimworld during WW2 but was improved later by modern Rimworld players into more circular shape for higher efficiency

Can you try the wild west 100 days.The mods I recommend is Rimworld Settlers, Bounty/Warranty Mod, remove industrial stuff mod and the others is up to you. really looking forward in seeing it. Love the 100 day series so far♥

It would be great if the next 100 days were such that "surviving 100 days in Edo Rimwold" there are quite a few mods about samurais and stuff and some very good ones

This video was true art. A poetic end with the husband of the first colonist and a recruit being the last ones to survive after building it up with Silver. All for it to be ended in a single blast.

Protips: Most mental breaks can be dealt with by building quick walls to lock the affected pawn away from others. In most cases, you still have to wait until the mental brake wears off. Berserk is identical to daze (including its duration) when the pawn is locked away. Insult sprees and murderous rages are a bit unique because if the pawn doesn't have access to anybody else AND their schedule is set to sleep, then they will go to sleep and their mental break gets interrupted. And now for my favorite part, the vast majority of mental breaks will get interrupted if the pawn in question collapses from exhaustion. They will still get catharsis from it. Since I realized this, I generally put my pawns to work 24h per day.

My tip for keeping animals fed: turn excess ingredients, particularly insect meat, into simple meals/stews/soup and store these meals with the animals. This works better with larger animals, of course, but in the absence of hay to make kibble or vegetables to make pemmican, smaller livestock will happily eat quickly-prepared meals made with insect meat. You could also cheese the paste dispenser, but it's obnoxious to have to wait for someone to be hungry enough to use the dispenser and then hit R over and over again to create all those paste meals.

I get this was a year ago but a good tip for human food storage is putting the living ones back into the cryocasket until you need more meat. This keeps them from spoiling since they are still alive and keeps them from being a drain on resources!

Why didn't you buy honour using gold on 21-23 day ? i mean, it would decrease your colony's worth (easier raids), and maybe you could become psycaster, which is always useful.

The insects had already gotten through to the main hallway. He sealed off the exit to that main hallway, but in doing so he left Silver, the bedrooms, the hydroponics, and the research/work area to burn. What he should have done was add doors between hallway sections after the infestation because those Rimefeller buildings were going to burn at some point.
