Theo, you *NEED* to buy the KMH Guage for the steering wheel gauge slot. The default only goes to 220kmh. The one from the store goes up to 400+kmh. You need a new RPM gauge as well. Also you can take the back seat and passenger seat out of the car for lower weight and better acceleration.

Theo i think what happened at the end with the car feeling a bit sluggish was due to the camshaft upgrade as it increased the max rpm of the car by quite a bit. As you saw when you first came out after the new upgrades. Peak power now might be at much higher rpm than what you'd shift up at normally. Changing the shift points will definitely wake it up massively.

@@censoredialogue in anime the protagonist got an engine swap to a real race car engine, which had peak power at much higher rpm. The protagonist didn't know that and was still shifting at 5000 rpm and he felt like the car was slower. Basically Theo at the end of the video.

you need a new tachometer and speedometer so you can shift at full rpm, and also see the actual speed you are going with, trust me it makes a big difference

how it seems the loan system works is, if you pay them off before youve spent any of the loan, you keep the loan and whatever extra you won in sidebets and the main race purse.

3:13 taking off the hood for example should just simply decrease top end acceleration/top speed i.e. simulate increased aerodynamic drag while reducing the weight which should improve low end acceleration and handeling slightly

Yes, you can do that. Its the first thing I do when i buy a new car. Free performance, quite literally. And you can even sell the seats for extra cash.

triple A pillar gauges, big rev counter on the left of the dash and a speedo gauge in the middle of your standard dash dials will give you much more info for when you need to shift ;)

3:00 i think i've read somewhere that increases weight because it decreses downforce. For instance if you truly want to decrease the weight you have to remove interior bits.

Theo be careful on the big races with the Skyline and other bosses with the cooling that low. I personally overheated on them and had to take some upgrades off to get my cooling up to 90 percent

for the drag races to heat up tires what i do is just hold acceleration tap brake till spins on spot and then hold brake every time up to 90 and won all drag races

total interior strip, every thing, including door cards, massive rear wing and certain bodywork can take your downforce to 250KG ;) and you can still do 236 MPH :D

The betting loans actually aren’t bad, I was worried after I had to get out of the first debt. At that point in the game you should have enough upgrades that you can win and pay off the loan quickly, and just like the first one you get to keep the extra cash after you pay up.
