I think space sealing station would be better to run on her, she only needs 11% effect hit rate on substats and 29% max ehr to proc consistent shock, this is due to her last trace which increases the base chance of applying shock by an additional 30% a total of 130% base chance, hence she'll be needing less ehr and more on speed and attack substats.

You actually only need 28% Effect hitrate on Kafka and 18% are from traces, so only 10% from relics needed. Only with her signature lightcone she needs 68% ehr in total.

Crit Kafka is typically better for 3 or less targets, but only slightly. Atk Kafka is better for more than 3 targets.

I build my Kafka as One Shot DPS and my record is 124k in simulated Universe and 81k in a normal fight (And she still does 10k-20k DoT)

@@tylerguilbault Weapon: Welt signature Lightcone Relicset:4pc Sizziling thunder and 2pc Celestial Differentiator Relicstats: Crit dmg body and Atk Boots Lightning damage boost planer sphere and break affect linkrope (Shes Level 80 with maxed traces , and her Teamcomp is Kafka , Tingyun , Bronya , Natasha) Also i got pretty lucky with rolls getting crit rate and damage on every artifact :)

The hit rate set is not that good because Kafka doesn't need that much hit rate at least not 100%, 10% or 20% is more than enough.

@@jackmanleblanc2518 sorry, pet peeve of mine... But if you play on the English version like I do, characters pronounce it Kafka, same starting *ka* sound as in cat. Cat-fka. Ca-fka. Kafka. Seele is pronounced like Seal. The only ones he got right in the video were blade and silver wolf, which are both names that come from pre existing words.
