Have you tried Dinkum? It's kinda like Stardew Valley and possibly Animal Crossing (though I've never played it), but set in Australia. I've found a few games thanks to your channel (Mon Bazou, Tape to Tape, Out of Ore, Trail Out, Stacklands and probably some others), but has been awhile since seeing a fleshed out game that I'm interested in.
