You're doing it right, bro. I knew from the first shirt I bought that it's worth the money. I just bought my 4th. There is nothing worse than buying merch to support a band but you end up never wearing it because it was cheaply made. I promise I won't rip you off but you definitely are setting the standard for my band.
@TPSOTT3 ай бұрын
Rip you off? Dumbass, are you hand making the merch or buying it from a slave labor factory like 99% of everyone else? I swear, the children are truly the stupidest pieces of shit.

I really appreciate this type of video, honestly. Of course, I always appreciate your candor, but it's also cool to kind of peek behind the curtain a bit to see this aspect of what you do. I'm the drummer & 'the guy' in my band that takes care of working out merch design, ordering, etc, so even though I knew about some of things you discussed it still was enlightening to hear a bit more about your whole process. Thanks for all that you do man.

Thanks for the transparency into how you make your income. Talk more about your struggles with depression, many of us relate. Defo more vlogs! Would love to see your practice space set up (run through of the live stream set up, gear used, mix etc would be sick). Nice to see you have your merch in the USA now. I’m from the uk but live in the USA so defo will grab some shorts and hoodie👊🏻 Keep doing you! Push on with more video content, and if you are struggling regarding depression… the best thing to do is talk share it with others and talk about it. Some times you have to get uncomfortable to grow and climb out of the depression pit. Much respect mate. 🤘🏻👊🏻

Man, I'm not a drummer, I listen to Stray on occasion (have always loved what I've heard, just not my everyday listen). Your channel and your content is such a breath of fresh air from a musician's perspective. Your videos are always an instant click for me as soon as I see the upload. Thank you for keeping real things real and business things transparent, thank you for the vlogs on tour, thank you especially for your podcast and bringing other people in to talk about things like this and let fans know what's going on with a lot of the BTS stuff we don't get to see about or hear about. I'm sorry to hear you've been going through it from a mental health perspective. That's so hard. There's a lot of people who love you and what you do, and I hope you never forget that.

Dude. love this and everything you do. Would love to encourage you more on the depression side of things and your honesty and talking about it. I personally suffer from depression and anxiety too and to hear and see someone whom I look up to as a drumming icon and a no bullshit kind of guy you inspire me to get out of bed. I know its something you don't want to talk about and broadcast to the world but believe me it helps. Keep being the realist dude and thanks for actually sharing your thoughts and where you're at. This is a great video. Keep em coming. Gona be wearing some merch here In New Zealand

The business side is really interesting, could be an interesting little avenue to explore for the vids with other musicians, if they're willing, talking through their projects outside of their bands. Tom talking about managing bands on the pod was a great insight too. Keep up the good work, we love it!

I really enjoy the business stuff! Something with your content just clicks with me. Playing drums, but also kinda educating and explaining the music business to smaller musicians, going into detail for merch production etc. I would not lie if I told u, that everything you talk about wanders around my brain about 85% of the time, so please keep going :D I also got the chance to grab one of the green hoodies, super stoked and patiently waiting for it to arrive!

It be tough in the mental streets sometimes but you're a dog. So go bully that depression around and crush a dead lift.

I LOVE the detail you go into Craig. This is the shit I live for (and I feel like my dumb ass has been educated by you through my smart phone -or doom box, depending- and I feel good about it).. .. Do you work out the graphic design yourself, or do you give some direction to an artist or artists? This stuff is SIC 🤝 And it makes me happy how much you care about the craftsmanship. Again, it’s excellent hearing about the red tape of all that you’re plugged into (not enough people do that), hell and it was also excellent to see the two of you working, and thinking out loud in real time.

With no exaggeration, I adored this vid. Loved that you chose to put it out concurrently with the launch instead of the week before/after or something. I think the business content is great, gives a look behind the curtain for those curious and shows the reality for people who are interested in doing the same thing or getting into it - like when you give songwriting tips to new musicians. Payday cannot come fast enough. The red long sleeve jumped out to me the moment I saw it awhile back. The powder blue is so fire too I gotta have it. Looking forward to the vlogs and I hope you continue to make vids like this, aka of stuff you are clearly very passionate about

As an art director of a large volume screen printing company, paying the extra for 2 size breaks in the screens makes a huge difference. Not having to fit the same art on a small tee clear up to 3XL makes the product look so much better over the range. As an artist/printer I appreciated the extra effort put in and Im sure everyone buying shirts will as well.

I've always hated the small print on big shirts problem, but my band is too small to have the budget to use separate screens for larger sizes. We've switched to using DTG for full colour shirts, more expensive than screen in general but so beneficial for being able to change up sizes, unlimited colour etc. The ones we've been getting are holding up super well etc too. Might be worth looking into for you! I was a DTG sceptic for years but I'm now converted. DTF can get in the bin, though!
