Umber & Sable you can mix one drop of oil into one punch of foundation on a pallet or the back of your hand. That way the shelf life isn’t affected

Maybe you havent tried that many foundations.. Bb's foundation has to be mixed with an oil since kenny has a dry skin. Bb products cater more to oily skin just like how glossier and itcosmetics cater dry skin.

EXACTLY!! I used to be a beauty consultant and a lot of people don’t know that you can return used makeup, sephora does drugstores obviously and ulta, but sometimes they try to clean the used makeup and restock it for sell again which is nasty af but yes yall you can return used makeup, i haven’t found a big makeup establishment that doesn’t allow returns.

I really can't understand why a foundation *requires* an oil to work, like, if it requires an oil base, then just,,, formulate the foundation with oil? It's unfortunate though that brands might feel like they can't do that since most oily-skinned consumers stay far, far away from anything with oil. I have oily-combo skin and I usually put my foundation on over a really hydrated, well-oiled base (after letting my skincare settle for a bit but I usually don't have too much time to spare), and it'll turn even matte foundations into a satiny, skin-like finish. I'm kinda done with the overly matte, powdered base

i watched a bunch of reviews to, including oily skinned ppl, and all of them were pretty negative jhgfhjk the foundation thing is ridiculous??? you should be able to buy foundation and just use it, not buy additional 648 products and use it a specific way lol its amazing how inclusive the brand is but some of their products just arent good :( i remember how much hate tati got for not liking the foundation and she had the sameee problems, even using the primer :(

I strongly recommend Taylor Wynn's review of this foundation. It made those same patches, some lighter than her skin, some significantly darker, than she put some mac fix plus over it and I've never seen a foundation do anything like that...I almost died laughting😂

I dunno girl, I've tried the foundation twice with two different tones, it hates any setting spray I use, oxidizes, and just dries too fast to put any concealer over. I switched, but uhmm... *looks around* it seems like any negative feedback on it gets deleted or removed, its a bit odd.... 😰😅

I was just asking myself, why am I watching this 3yo, 30 minutes long make up review when I'm not allowed to buy any more makeup until I use up some of what I have. And then she screamed "My fineries!" and it that's good enough for me.

I love how close and clear you show your skin! I hate when beauty youtubers say how bad it looks but they have a smoothing filter on so it looks fine to us. Also we appreciate all the effort to make it work it looked super frustrating lol

I knew you were gonna be mad when I saw you using a sponge with the face product 😂😂. This stuff is supposed to be water proof and people have issues blending with a sponge it comes out patchy 😩 poor Kennie!

I feel like their own 'oil' is not actually oil bc, in the words of Robert Welsh, oil breaks up makeup so you really shouldn't use any makeup on oil and I feel like that's the reason it was all patchy and creasy Something fishy's going on here and I'm not sure why

I feel like they took the cheap route when creating the formulas and a lot of the looks is for people who want a drag queen like snatched look that's why everything looks so stiff and dry and they probably cater to a lot of Instagram hype the people who just want to get into makeup and not really have any knowledge about what they're using

Idk if anyone has said it yet but the reason the eyeshadows and all the other pallets had so much fall out is because whatever they aren't puting in them to make them vegan just makes them have crazy fall out at least that's what I've discovered. I have two eyeshadow pallets from two different vegan make up brands and they both do that I've just learned to apply the eyeshadow while I'm baking so I can clean it all up at once

Im casually rewatching old Kennie videos again...and i think she'd lowkey like Glamlite. I never tried the base products but girl lemme tell you, im absolutely in LOVE with their shadows...especially their shimmers

I think at this point you are the only beauty you tuber I actually trust. So many times I would see other people hype up a product only to be disappointed when I tried it. I actually got the touch n sol primer you mentioned in your videos and although I have combination skin, I have to admit it, it really is the BEST primer I’ve ever tried!!! So thank you Kennie! Please continue doing what you do and expose us to more great products! PS my holy grail foundation is the Lancôme teint idol ultra 24 hrs.

People say this about clothes but it works the same for makeup, "it should serve you, not you serve it" and that's exactly how I feel about that base makeup
