This update is busted, but not thankfully too broken. The buffs are not to overtly OP, but they wont come off easy. Like the jumping skills, you need to level up a significant amount of times in order to unlock it anyway. Imagine if all of the perks had no requirement at all, I wonder how chaotic players power would be!
