I know some Spanish people like their tortillas soupy. I didn't like it that way. I prefer it a little more cooked on the inside.

La verdadera salsa brava no lleva tomate. Es un error. Tienes que ir por ejemplo a la cervecería los chicos, en Guzmán el Bueno, la casa de las bravas en Espoz y mina por ejemplo. Te puedes llevar la salsa brava a casa en los chicos por ejemplo. Un saludo

De nada. Ya sabes que Madrid ahora es capital mundial de la gastronomía Conn una apertura mensual de 50 restaurantes nuevos. Aunque yo soy de Úbeda la capital mundial del aceite de oliva junto con Baeza ciudad que está a seis kilómetros ambas son ciudades patrimonio de la humanidad por la UNESCO (sólo hay 15 en España). Altísima gastronomía y Turismo cultural en la capital mundial del aceite. Hacemos aceites tempranos cosechados en octubre de color Esmeralda y sabor y olor a tomatina, hierba fresca, plátano, almendras que son una locura, de las variedades picual, Arbequina, frantoio, Royal. Te diré que uno se los aceites extraen loa huesos primero y luego lo molturan al estilo romano como hace 2000 años. Y los restaurantes ofrecen degustación de aceites y se cocina sólo con Virgen extra (aove). Saludos

In Spain, a tortilla is an omelette. It's the national dish of Spain. In Mexico, Central America and U.S, a tortilla is a cornmeal or flour based flatbread.

I was confused as well when I went to Spain for the for the first time. Spanish tortillas are kind of like Italian frittatas. Not gonna lie, bocadillos de tortilla are legit 💯
