There are 3 possiblities. 1) The second target will die and the game will end because the sheriff got both of the impostors. 2) The second target will die but the game won't end. So they will know the sheriff is fake. 3) The sheriff will die and everyone will know that he was telling the truth and 1 impostor is out. And the second target is hard cleared.
