I am a fan of your art. There is a great book about oil painting, it's Alla prima II by Richard Schmid if you are interested. You motivate to do better. There is so much delicatesse in your paintings 🤍

After years of oil pastels, is it easier for you to paint with oil colors? I find oil pastels to be the hardest medium.

Thank you so much! I use Gamblin, Windsor&Newton, M.Graham, Opus essential oil paint. My favourite brand is M.Graham☺️✨

This is a surprise! Looking at the way you work with oil pastels I was sure you had switched from oil paints or acrylics at least, not the other way round ;) Do you think working with oil paints have impacted the way you use oil pastels? I've noticed you're less impressionistic with oil paints, but this is perhaps because you don't feel as confident with them yet?
