If KZfaq doesn't send this out to other people on the internet there is something crucially wrong with the algorithm. This was an amazing video and I can't wait for the others! Keep up the amazing work Chris👍
@AbroadinJapan
@AbroadinJapan Жыл бұрын
It's unfortunate but the algorithm basically assesses if the video has broad appeal (pun not intended), and if so it'll throw the video at everyone and their Mum. But if the topic is a bit niche, or has less clicks it doesn't bother. It's a constant battle these days! That's why everyone has to resort to twatty clickbait titles/topics and thumbnails.

As a long time viewer, the progress of the channel's production and cinematography is amazing, yes. But what gets me is the music; Chris has always picked amazing music for his videos, and it is a surprisingly warm and nostalgic feeling when he uses music that reminds me of an older video that I love. Is it just me? I keep rewatching his videos, can't help it. Thank you for the amazing content, Chris!

Not me imagining a full backstory for this incredible intro. It's basically Natsuki learning by casualty about this trip and deciding to eliminate all the possible contenders to his spot, because of course he really wanted to go. Him actually being invited saved Ryotaro’s life, who just wanted to enjoy those gummy bears and now have a window to pay for and huge paranoia for at least some months. Yes, I'm weird don't judge me. 😂

Having watched Pete's BTS Twitch streams of the filming of this, it's amazing (and completely unsurprising of course) how much work went into this and all of the other projects on the channel. Awesome video and great to see the polished version!

Natsuki's Sauna Finland was very heartwarming momento! Hokkaido seems so similar with Lapland of Finland. But congrats for whole team with Winter spirit and endurance! Cold weather requires its own mentality.

The Natsuki and Ryotaro sniper skit may well be the best thing ever uploaded to this channel. Genuinely inspired. It's all downhill from here

Each video becomes more cinematic and I love it. Only Natsuki was aiming through the front window and the bullet came in through the side window lol. All the places you visited and activities you did were epic to watch

Damn going for that trick shot where you're clearly aiming straight through the windshield but the impact comes from side window. Guy's good. Natsuki knows the JFK Magic bullet technique.

That intro was very well done and honestly I got ready for one hour action movie. The village looks very *cool* place to visit, all that effort is remarkable alone. Can't wait to see this journey to the end. Also since it's mandatory: Suomi mainittu - Finnland mentioned. 😘

Really appreciate the creativity put behind your Journey Across Japan videos while also keeping it real! Always great to see a group of friends having a good time. I probably won't put this on my list for a Japan trip unless I'm ready to brave that weather but it's cool to see all of the different ice hotels around the world!

Heya, Chris. A month ago I didn't really have a path in life that I wanted to go down. I was probably the lowest I've been, and I felt lost. Since then I've watched a number of your videos and they've done nothing but excite and inspire me to get after it in life, and to be able to manifest my own motivations. Your Journey Across Japan series was a blessing disguised as these interesting, frantic adventures as you bring along those who you love to not only work with, but to be around. Hope I'm not being too cheesy, but i genuinely rate this series and can't wait to see what the future brings.
