Buying groceries end of June and also for the 4th of July holiday weekend + thrifting.
Rao's pizzs sauce is 4.99 (good for 2 pizzas in our house), Marzetti's slaw sauce was 3.24. I think I managed to include the rest of the prices in the video.

Great haul, your produce looks amazing! I love your beautiful flowers your green thumb is showing me up lol. I can’t believe the stores here that are putting out Christmas items please don’t rush the seasons, they go to fast now. I am going to stock up on some household items this weekend and buy some canned goods, I’m taking my sister out to eat, it’s her birthday and she never gets out much, I’m looking forward to it as I don’t eat out much either. Thank you. Oh, my, none of our stores are doing that yet, but, I predict by the end of August they will. Great haul Kim. I always buy my grapes in a container. I also dislike the plastic but I dislike the other customers touching and picking the grapes even more! Your garden looks lovely. Take care and stay cool😊 I like the sound of your sizzling pans! lol

Hello, friend. Well, I'm glad that I'm not alone in my dislike of grapes in a plastic bag. We haven't had grapes for years because of what I've seen people do with them when they're in bags. These grapes tasted great and I'll reuse the container as a mini greenhouse😃 My husband likes the sound of sizzling pans too--I'm always grateful to be able to afford good food to put in them. Another well planned shop and I am still amazed at your prices, particularly your fruit and veg and eggs. The other day at the green grocer which I frequent Truss Tomatoes were $9.90KG. Yes, I bought them but I was thinking it won’t be long and we will be planting our own tomatoes again soon. I hope you will have a nice week ahead.

I can't resist tomatoes in the off season either. I can't enjoy a salad or a sandwich without them lol. Your prices are high🙁 We are midway through the growing season here when prices are generally lower for better quality. However, this year there seems to be a lot of price hikes--for reasons other than weather /employee pay. What they are appears to be a mystery. I can't wait to buy some fresh tomatoes--, but I'm worried what I'll have to pay for them. We'll see and I'll for sure report it in a video. Dog food has become very expensive in a can as well. I have five Chihuahuas and I’m to the point. I just wanna go back to making homemade dog food with the prices in the store right now it’s getting absolutely obscene and absurd. The prices that we’re paying it’s resorted me back to buying cans of dog food. When all I really wanna do is make it from scratch. 2:49

I hear you on that. If I knew then what I know now about our cat's health, quality of food, and price, I would have made the time to make his food 16.5 years ago. Of course, meat prices to make homemade can be kind of pricey, but you can make a big batch. The manufacturers know how much we love our fur babies, and keep us on our toes. It's hard. Hugs to your sweet babies, what a blessing to have five 🐾 of them. Thanks for taking the time to watch my video.
