I recently went to my first comp and was surprised how easy it would be to steal cubes. That it doesn't happen all the time is a testament to the good sportsmanship and mutual respect in the cubing community

I remember somebody stole a cube from me, but the weird part is, it was at school, not a competition. In 5th grade, I brought my cubes to school everyday just for recess. I was kind of popular between the 5th grade, and sometimes people brought their cubes (usually 3x3, but sometimes pyraminxes or mirror cubes) so I could solve it for them. One day, I was coming back from lunch and put the pyraminx that I brought in my backpack, which was in my locker. (the lockers at my school didn’t have actual locks on them) Then when the day was over, I went to get it, but it wasn’t there. I looked anywhere where I could have misplaced it, even the lunchroom, but had no luck, and I still haven’t found/figured out who the culprit was.(I got a replacement that was like x2 better tho, so that made up for it) Another time, in 4th grade, I was in class reading and I had my curvy copter. I put it on a shelf while I read and forgot to get it. Then I went to lunch and remembered I never took my cube with me. When I came back, it was GONE.I looked behind the shelf, in book bins, under my seat, but also had no luck. I still haven’t found it/found the culprit to this day as well, and I don’t have the curvy copter anymore. :( Edit: Lol this took me like 20 minutes to type

It was me!!!!!! I replaced it with moyu aolong v2 and i dont want it back. That day i went home and was really sad about losing my cube. my only good cube was the thunderclap. I had one more cube but it was rubiks. At that time i really wanted to quit cubing as i lost my precious cube. But after a week or so, my mother gifted me a moyu aolong v2 It was really cooool. I never really stole your cube though. Now I'm sub 10 with the moyu aolong v2 and you can keep that thunderclap😊😊
