Hi Friend! I challenged myself to a 10-hour study session this week! Would you do this challenge yourself?

wow, すごい good job! This motivated me to make a 4 hour learning session in chinese tomorrow. Not sure about 10 hours though, I feel like recording myself would really help to not get distracted given enough freetime to actually do it. But I could definitely watch 10 hours Black Clover in 1 day lol

Glad to hear! To have a successful long study session it is essential to have a Plan A and Plan B prepared in advance. For instance, if you wanted to do grammar and listening, but you are not feeling it, or you had a long day at work, it is good to have immersion materials or something else lined up, so you don't waste time and pull through! Good luck

Yeah! Totally unreasonable when you have a life outside of language learning, but I think it's an interesting challenge. You probably spend around the same time when you do your immersion weekends :)

How can I improve my reading skill in Korean? I'm just a beginner. I just don't feel motivated because I can't pronounce words accurately . I did learn hunguel (Korean Alphabets).

I might be not too much of help, as I am also a very beginner in Korean, but here is what I would do. 1. Find videos online of Koreans pronouncing each letter and watch their mouth movement. 2. Revise pronunciation rules, as some of the letters' pronunciation changes when put into syllables. 3. Shadow native speakers 4. Take a few Korean classes, it can be quite cheap on iTalki. As just for pronounication/reading help, and you should be set to go after a few lessons. Obviously, it is better to space the lessons out, so you can practice alone in between. And I just wanted to say that Korean pronunciation is quite hard, so don't feel discouraged!
