I'm glad to see someone at your level struggles too, lol. Swimming is hard man. Do you think you can do a better job to complete a high elbow catch?

It is a struggle. Im just going to keep trying different things. Stay tuned. I’ve got a few people looking at the stroke. Hopefully by kona I can figure it out.
