craft a sleeping bag, it's let you sleep whitout reseting your spawn point. Also you can craft a death scroll for returning to your last death point. And for armor you should craft chestplate and helmet first.

I have a tip, you really need to start setting a bed up outside of the places you wanna farm xp, make sure you set it as tp, so if you die it doesnt put you in a random world location

20:20 when you ask about running over blocks- armor pieces can have a "quality" that gives them either good or bad modifiers. It can be more or less armor, slowness or speed, extra jump height, or in your case here, extra step height. I bet if you check your armor one of the pieces will say "+0.5 step height".

Idk if you know, but your weapons and equipment will have a good or bad roll on it (ex: an axe might have vicious which gives it 15% more damage but -.5 reach) it can be very useful or harmful, just be weary. Also I started playing rl craft bc of you (and a guy named Union) and I've had alot of fun.

The broken heart heals Heart containers. Heart containers you can craft with heart shards and those can also be crafted with heart dust. The dust you can get form breaking spawners. A heart container gives you an extra heart for the rest of your game. It stays when you die.

12:50 that dungeon has really good loot at the top of the towers so if you get a flying mount its super easy and you dont even have to fight the enemies (mostly wither skellies and witches) I reccomend you tame a roc (flying chicken) for most of the flying mounts you need avian treats

1. You can craft earplugs from two wooden planks in a crafting table to avoid mermaid singing. 2. Wool armor can be used to give you cold resistance, you get warmer with wool armor on.

you can tame a roc the creature that grabbed you at 22:49 with aviant treats than you can use it to fly also make a soulstone so you can bound it to your soul so you can summon even if it dies or you die edit:shift right click on your pet to put a chest with space inside you could fill the chest with grave scroll so if you die you can summon your pet and take out a grave scroll and get your stuff back

i honestly appreciate these long videos. i sometimes get really shitty conscious seizures and I always need a distraction. These videos help me so much so thank youuuu!!

A couple things you can do now that your magic high enough would be to create a summoning rod, real easy to make need an ender pearl, bone, gold bar this will allow you to summon stuff that a lot stronger than a pack of dogs. Also just a little secret since this isn't very know to new players to this mod, is when you collect element summons you can combined them to make different summons, one popular combination would be the guardians that hang out around the villages and the water spirits that hang out around pools of water, if you summon one of each something neat happens :), keep up the good work!

there’s this thing called an atlas is basically a giant very nice map to have, you craft it with a book and quill with a compass, you should try it

One suggestion to give you, set your spawn at your base, and then use three wool and make it like a bed without the wood, this will make a sleeping bag that you can use to pass the night without changing your spawn. It's a lot safer... One MAJOR later game item you will for sure want is called the Dragons Eye, it allows you to place it in a bauble slot and give you fire resistance and some other really cool abilities like searching for certain blocks.... another good thing to make is a summoner staff... really useful item that let's you summon monster friends that will help you. Rapiers as a weapon are really useful for unarmored enemies. I also advise looking at getting some sort of treats and trying to tame a roc or some other flying pet that you can ride as well as a soul stone... these will be SUPER useful.... also try making a backpack.... you know for more loot goblining :) Waystones will only require 1 or two sometimes a bit more XP for one's that are REALLY far apart. I suggest also maybe making an antique atlas, and looking at your options for what enchants you want to prioritize, as some can be absolutely God tier while others are completely trash and not worth it. The JUI will be your best friend in this adventure. Each of these things should give some decent help or point you in the right direction... I hope it can work well for you! Good luck!

A couple tips. Regular swords suck. Halberds have long reach, much better attack, require less levels to use, and are easy to make. Make a death scrolls and keep them in the chest at your base they automatically teleport you to where you last died. Make an atlas! It maps out every place you’ve visited while holding it. If you want to sleep without setting a new spawn point bring a sleeping bag, also backpacks are fantastic for storage! And finally make a canteen with charcoal filters. With it you can carry clean water wherever you go. So in other words make a halberd, a death scroll, canteen with filters, atlas, sleeping bag, and a backpack.

Tip craft a backpack to be able to carry around another 36 inventory slots at the cost of a really bad chestplate (be careful to not accidently place it while drinking water)

Actually one of the tips - you can smelt any tool or armor to get half of resources that neede to craft it (for example if you smelt diamond chest-plate you'll get 4 diamods) Waiting forward for next episodes. c: Good luck

On your walk back look for a way stone. Antique Atlas map is nice. Sleeping bag for travel. Summoning staff for wolf like helpers .Dragons Eye later in the game is a must! Rapiers are a good sword. Love your video! Have Fun!

Be sure to check your weapons and armors and any baubles you get. They can have positive and negative bonuses. So you could find a good silver chestplate and it could either have a bonus to armor protection or its breakable and you lose it first time you get hit.

For the broken heart, you need to craft these things called heart containers and you can find the recipe through JEI. Speaking of JEI, if you hit "u" on an item you can see its uses in crafting recipes. Hitting "r" on an item will show the crafting recipe. Also, the endgame baubles you should look for are called "dragon's eye" and the "stone of the sea" which give perma fire resistance and x-ray, and makes the sea ridiculously easy, respectively. Really enjoying the series so far, keep it up! Also, if you craft some avian treats you'll be able to tame a bird and start flying around. Make sure you make a soulstone first though so the mount becomes immortal Finally, a sleeping bag is absolutely necessary because it won't reset your spawn point each time and you won't randomly teleport each death

if you get a summoning staff you can use summons instead breeding dogs and having them attack the summoning staff might be more fun and efficent the summoning staff can be crafted with an ender pearl ,bone and gold ingot

Tips for beginners: 1. You should get an eagle called roc. It's the greatest pet to let you fly in the early game. It's because it can pick up any mob so you can kidnap the villiger for capitalisim. 2. Make an atlas it's like a map but it goes on forever and you don't need that stupid compass. 3. You should find librarians for some advance protection, advance mending and advance sharpness. It's like it doubled the stats

for the whole sugar cane thing you can break the block they're on and you won't need to have the skill to get them and be sure to look at the stats on the weapons and tools like some will do less damage cause of the roll they have

Idk if you still have it but I saw you got a gold ingot from that dungeon at some point. You should definitely use that with the Ender Pearl and a bone to make a Summoning Staff. With it you can summon additional monsters to help you on top of the dog army and some of them are really powerful. Heres how you use the summoning staff. Its part of the Lycanites mobs mod, and to summon a creature you need it in your Bestiary. I think to get it in there you just need to kill it once. And of course you can only summon Lycanite mod monsters. Check the controls menu to find out how to open your Bestiary, you're probably gonna need to reconfigure the keybind, and then open the Bestiary. Pick the mob you want to summon under creatures and set their behavior to Aggressive so it will attack other Hostile mobs. I recommend trying to get a Cinder or even better an Aegis in your Bestiary. The Aegis is the passive blue things in the villages, so you'll have to choose to kill one but that angers all of them when you strike one so don't do it until you find another village where you can push one around to isolate it and then leave for a long while. If you stay out of those chunks for a day or three the Aegis *should* forget about you but idk for sure so def don't do it in your home base.

I recommend making a backpack, water canteen and an atlas. The backpack for extra space, water canteen for clean water (only downside is having to make charcoal filters), and lastly the atlas which is basically a map in a book that you can mark with different symbols. Hopefully this was helpful! :)

Skyes this is what I found The Broken Heart is a Bauble added by Bountiful Baubles that, when equipped, will prevent death at the cost of heart containers. It can only be found in chests. The Broken Heart can be equipped in any bauble slot and you can sleep to regenerate the lost heart containers. The Broken Heart can commonly be found in the top chests of Battle towers.

Here is a tip: some bosses like the Chupacabra can drop an item that you can use which grants you a pet of that kind of boss and it can respawn. Also some pets you get, you can ride them,put armor on,and chests for storage. Also i recomend you make wolf armor for your team.

Here's another great tip using either glowstone dust or the glowing coal thingy can make vanilla torches that never go out that way you won't lose your light from the lit touch

If you read my previous comment, I was way outdated on how to use a summoning rod. Heres how it works now. Build the rod. Gold, Bone, Ender pearl. Right click it to open the summoning menu it will say u have no summonable mobs. Then build a soulgazer which is an item for scanning mobs. The scan is instant so you can use it mid combat but once you use it it takes a bit to recharge. You need to scan the same type of mob 10 times to be able to summon it. This is all the more reason to go for an Aegis bc not only are they peaceful but they are the only mob you will reliably find in the same place 10 times in a row. Then select the mob in the summoning menu and the next time you right click with the rod you will begin summoning it, it takes about 2 seconds of holding the button to summon. From then on you can access the bestiary and Summoning menu through a tab on the top right of your inventory

these episodes are so entertaining! we all KNOW a death is coming because it's RLCraft, but i need to know *how* because this modpack has all sorts of torture awaiting lol

tips 1. use a sleeping bag they don't reset your spawn so you respawn at home 2. get a summoner staff so you have a portable fairy 3. certain meats give buffs like regen unless that was removed 4. when you start to fight dragons do it in a shallow lake, pond, river I love your playstyle be greedy and rush in

Recommendation, sleep in the bed in your house to set your respawn point. Craft a sleeping bag for travels to sleep and not reset your spawn point. I learned this after many failed attempts...haha

Go to a battle tower, use blocks to pillar up 5 blocks away from the wall and then start to fishing rod to pull the guardian at the top then jump onto the tower and the guardian gets launched. Thanks for the upload

So when losing items, Occasionally items will get lost when you die, or they will shoot out farther from where you died at. I've had times where I found items 10-15 blocks away from where I died. When you die depending on how you die your items get shot out of you in an explosion and distance depends on cause of death some times. The Modpack also has alot of sounds to sound more "Realistic". You will go into different biomes and hear sounds of things like Eagles, Hawks, Alligators and other things but you won't ever see anything. These are just added to give a little more realism to biomes.

Get a mount, which is very important by getting avian treats, made by meat and bones, then craft a soulstone to bound the mount if u need it, then find something called a Roc, which is the best mount for early game. Feed it the treats ad use the soulstone on the Roc, then get a saddle which u can fly with. The soulstone is so the Roc dies, it will be able to respawn Hope this helps!

Make a paxel and taim a rock or morock prefferably, will help tremendously as a paxel just needs iron tools and can mine ANYTHING OH AND IT´S ALSO INDESTRUCTIBLE. Rocks and Morocks can fly :)

*Some tips* 1. There’s a video by someone called Union where he beats the game in 7hrs, and that video has some great strats. 2. Be wary of anything that looks abandoned or broken down. Especially large structures. 3. If you ever find one of those really large towns, try to get *all* of the wheat. That stuff is really good for XP. Setting up farms is less useful, unless you’re at your base all the time. 4. Try to avoid mining unless you have really good gear. 5. A ton of other people have probably said this, but if you want to return to where you died, craft something called a “grave scroll” 6. 5:23 That word is pronounced “fos-for-ess-ent” :) Edit: a few things that I forgot is that there are seasons and based on the season, it may have an effect on your temperature. (Winter will make you cold, so you should go to the desert. Summer makes you warm, so head to the mountains/tundra.). There are items you can use to control your temperature (like wool amor) and things that you can add to your armer to help with temperature (like heating and cooling gels). If you die without a waypoint and get stranded, try to make your way to a village and use the waypoint (grave looking thing). Huge time saver. Also, ALWAYS HAVE A SPAWNPOINT. If you’re sleeping on the go and don’t want to reset your spawn to somewhere in the middle of nowhere, use a sleeping bag (3 wool in a crafting table). If you really need to sleep and don’t have a sleeping bag, don’t break the bed after you sleep unless you’re prepared to maybe die. If you’re about to go into a dungeon, set up a bed nearby. Spawnpoints are one of the most important things in RLCraft.

I've played a lot of RLCraft and have beaten all of the bosses. right away I can tell you the best method for EXP grinding is farming. I'm talking making a GIANT farm. now if you're playing on the most recent update for rlcraft, then heres a tip to know, you need greenhouse glass for the farm. you are gonna need a great deal of CYAN dye for the greenhouse glass. side note, as you're probably already aware. breaking certain things cause mobs to spawn. mainly breaking trees causes ents, breaking ore causes golem dudes and breaking plants..... yes, plants causes evil plant monsters to spawn, and the fucking rose monster thing is terrifying. make your greenhouse 2 blocks tall, makes things easier in the long run. the rose thing can still spawn but it makes killing it MUCH tolerable. Green thumb allows plants to grow around you at random tick intervals. meaning, boom random bonemeal from just standing next to your farm. hopefully you chose farming for your main source of exp, but if you didn't there is an item you can craft to change it, but its giga expensive. also you can craft and make waystones with purple dye and ender eyes. not to mention taming pets and making soul stone thingies (been like a year since my last playthrough of rlcraft) can let you summon your pet like a fucking pokemon. its cool. I like taming Cacodemons from the nether, because they shoot tnt from their eyes (WARNING tnt eye blasts cause major drought, so keep water at the ready)

Maybe this got patched out as I heard there was an update to rlcraft recently, but Rocs and other mounts are super good for cheesing the top chests of battle towers along with a fishing rod and bow and arrow to yeet the dude and collect the loot. Rocs are tamed with avian treats which are crafted with chicken or turkey meat and some bones, iirc. The loot you get will have xp bottles so u can solve that issue of not being able to use stuff fairly easily.

Birch is a replacement for sugercane in the early days... and the fastest way to get matches is get 4 birch logs, use 3 logs to craft the paper then use the last log to make into slabs

helpful things about rlcraft you cant brake waystones but you can craft them also you can craft an antique atlas its just a map that is endless and you can mark on it you should also use rapiers and a summonig staff with agesis because they deal more damage if you are holding an rapier and for end game you should try to get golem or tide guardian (its sea serpent armor) armor and i dont know if you wanna but you can make an easy xp farm with lava and water its on you tube just need to make the one with the right rlcraft version and all pools like lava poison and ice water thingy spawn flying baddies you can cheese battle tower golems that are on top of the towers with an fishing rod and a bow so you can get free op chests just tower up so you are higher than it but not above it and fisihng rod it like 3-4 times and circle around it cause its gona fling at you and fall so you need to dodge it when you shoot it with a bow and if you see a big chikenin wild its dangerous and shoots withering beams if you look at it if a sea serpent is on an iland you canscheese it if you are careful also agesis can destroy it if its stuck on land. umbrium is pretty useless the walking on blocks is because of your agility evel ups btw broken heart is if you have an extra hart container it absorves it and you don't die i think you should also tame an rock its an flying animal that is very very useful. and spawners brake. poison doesent kill you even if your head is red i think love the series keep going hope you read this and this helps :)

Btw if you wanna make the game look like it's from a newer version, there's a texturepack called "modernity" that updates all the textures to the recent ones you are used to in your hardcore series

1. if you don't want the mermaids to curse you make ear plugs when your going near the ocean also you only need 2 wooden planks to craft them 2. make a bow cause range is the best weapon in RL craft ( my personal opinion ) 3. when you get a bow ( and raise your defense level high enough ) kill the sea serpents ( the snake like water monsters ) and gather their scales . you can make tide guardian armor which is the best armor in the mod pack ( I think ) 4. I recommend making grave scrolls . they allow you to teleport to your last death point 5. if you manage to get your hands on a eye of ender use it to brew a recall potion it will teleport you to your respawn point 6. make a summoners staff. you can craft it with a ender pearl on the top a gold ingot below the ender pearl and a bone below the gold ingot . you can use it to summon mobs to fight for you like aegis and other things and if you choose to summon he aegis they are really efficient that's all I'm gonna say cause I cant think of anything else and my head hurts also your sarcasm and he way you tell stories makes my day . keep it up

The blue creatures/ aguis in my opinion are the best mobs for the summoning staff. You should also try to tame a roc that way you can fly around.

There was one thing you could've easily make, ear buds with 2 wooden buttons to never get the mermaid effect with them on, though you should make a couple more because they can break like after a 3 days use.

If you want to have a better time with this modpack, I recommend you put in an effort to curb your greed. Like you said at the end of the episode, it would've been smart to go home and save some stuff. Trust me, I had the same instincts as you to just keep going a bit more when I played this, but the more I played the more I realized I had to resist that. Remember, you can always come back later. Even if you're running out of time for the video and you think heading back for the last few minutes is boring, I would still prefer it. Personally I'm not here to see you fail. At least not in this series. In this world you are the underdog and every little victory is very satisfying. I've seen many youtubers get into endless death loops and give up. Also, I don't think the respawning should be sometimes screwing you over like that and sometimes putting you at your bed, unless thats some newer change to the modpack. Try removing all the extra blocks and other beds around your bed and see if that fixes it.

One tip I've got is that you can make paper with birch wood in this pack, so if you can't find sugarcane you're set.

you can break the waystones but it does take a while so you can move them. also try go explore a lot of villages and towers that dont have mobs in them to get exp tomes they give you 30 levels and after you use them you can store exp in them and extract it whenever you want.

Here are my tips:make baubles make potion rings of resistance it will help you alot,dont mine it's worthless and mobs there can one shot you,explore instead buildings are good, u can make a easy xp farm with mixing lava and water,grave scrolls are cheap and useful, take some things the Rok is the most common first mount (u need avian treats to tame it and a soulstone so if it dies u can respawn, craft a summoning staff the summons can fight for you
