Brain drain को main problem हो unemployment Tiyo vanda ठूलो अर्कों problem नि छ , जस्को बारेमा कसैले बोलेको छैन। तियो हो social pressure. If you have (35-40)K thousand salary, very satisfied with your life, not thinking about going to abroad. Then people started to judge यस्को त Visa नलागेरा नागाको होला । Now a days people started to measure your success on the basis of whether you are going abroad or not. फेरी Social Media ma suggestion पनि तेस्तै तेस्तै आउछ । KZfaq मा आऊने suggestion:- मेरो Australia को Life style कस्तो छ ,Canada आउदा बित्तिकै के गर्ने ,Romania working visa मा आउन के के गर्नु पर्छ ,USA मा काम गरेको Per hour कती पाऊछ, नेपालमा future xaina, New home travel in canada .Facebook मा aaune suggestion Congratulation for visa guaranteed for Australia, Denmark, Canada. Foreign country गयका साथीहरुको car मा चडेको Picture. I phone bata liyako bright वाला Picture. यो सब कुराले गर्दा आव आऊने Younger generation मा Abroad गयो भनेनै Success भयो भन्ने misconception baddai जाने पक्का छ ।

I would say that if you're satisfied with your salary and all things in your life society sanga chai kei matlab narakhnu ramro hola jasto lagxa. don't care about others opinion chai ekdam nai important kura ho aile ko time ma chai. Dimag ma jasley j vanos vanney rakhyo vani life ekdam sajilo bitxa jasto lagxa only my personal opinion hai firi😄

thats okay… tara aileko generation i dont think uniharulai 30k salary le satusfy garxa..even if they get a job.. bidesh gayesi feri tei ho.. its jusat a government and a currency and facilities for… its just a way of living standard… and peple like modern standard living

These guys has zero idea about life in abroad. Bidesh ma kam garna dherai sajilo cha. Even labor kam nai garnu pareni it is not so bad. Also, once you complete your education and have office job it is lot more better in abroad. Office job garda work-life balance is far more better in abroad than in Nepal. Nepal ma jasto daily overtime garnu pardaina, weekend ma ni overtime garnu pardaina. Also, unlimited job opportunities available compared to Nepal. Living standard is far more better than Nepal where water jasto basic need ni available chaina. Only one issue is family and relative chai Nepal ma huncha which can be very difficult
