Deepslate coal ore is more common than normal diamond ore in a normal world after the 1.18 update.

Deepslate emerald and coal ore are the rarest ores. They both appear mostly at or above sea level so to find them in deepslate is pretty rare

I don’t think so, I think it’s a visual glitch because if you look at his hotbar you see his bread at 10 and after the cut it’s at 5 implying that he had eaten, also he was out of reach by any of the mobs to be killed
