Minecraft hardcore 100 days is the traditional idea, but i survived 100 days a piglin shapeshifter. I also modified the game to spawn more types of enchanted books in the nether. I played as a Piglin using the morph mod or identity mod. I survived 100 days as a piglin and piglin brute in the nether.

I've been working on a path in the nether on my own world, this has inspired me to find a bastion, build the path to it, and then take it over and build a throne, Strider pen, and Hoglin breeder.

Yeah, so we have a few things to say. First of all, this is impressive. Not many Piglins go out on adventures like this, and the ones who do usually become Piglin Brutes. They tend to become a little jealous of Piglins doing better than them, which is probably why they attacked you. That Hoglin farm was genius, too. It's like an unlimited food source. That Piglin you trapped and traded with was also quite pleased at first (Until the Zombie Piglin showed up, along with the other one). He actually made an audio recording of what happened. Here's the translated version: "Hey, what are you doing? Where are you taking me?" "What's wrong with you, you psychopath! What are yo-Hey, gold!" "Alright, more gold! Here, take this. Wow! More gold!" That recording went on for quite some time. It took a while, but eventually we got them out of there. That was while you were still in that world, so sorry about that. Also, Hoglins attack us because we hunt them so much, they think we're bad people in general. That army you made fight the wither was actually a bad choice, because they're the worst ones in the Piglin Gang. This video was truly amazing. This is the best any Piglin has ever done. @@thetrgger8630 We tell stories of Dragons to Baby Piglins. All we know is that there's only the Ender Dragon, but we tell them there could also be Golden Dragons or even Nether Dragons. They look cool, they're strong, and are fun to make stories with. Truly amazing! - TPG

Fun Fact: You can actually place water in the nether by either using the setblock command or putting water in a cauldron. I use this to fight blazes all the time and it actually works really well to keep you from burning.

Some things to note: You don't just move "a little faster" on soul soil, as far as I can tell, it doesn't slow you down at all. You can turn nether wood into sticks, which are still burnable. Right cicking with a warped fungus on a stick while riding a strider will cause you to move faster while losing some durability, similar to a carrot on a stick. You can right click piglins with a gold ingot to have them trade instantly, instead of waiting for them to pick it up, this also prevents it from being picked up by anything else. To answer some questions; piglin trading is the only way to get water, you can't get seeds in the nether, but it doesn't really matter since you csn just use the eggs from the chickens to get more, and I think hoglins only eat warped fungus, not piglins. They likely kill them for territorial/self defense reasons.

14:10 Piglins that spawn in bastions do not hunt hoglins, it could have been a chunk error, an issue with your mod, or the hoglins simply despawned somehow.

Funny thing, I actually set up a trio of command blocks in my server to redirect all world spawns to the nether so you start there. This gives me very similar vibes and I like it.
