The Chance of getting a Wither Skeleton Skull is so low, that even with Looting III, you're still guaranteed to spend at least an hour trying to get it. Looting basically increases the Chances of getting a Particular Item drop by 3% per Level, Looting III being the highest then gives you a 9% Chance in Addition to getting the Skull which I think is a 3% Chance anyway for a Total chance of 12% to get a Wither Skeleton Skull. It's best and Usually used with Swords for things like the Wither Skeleton Skulls, Shovels for things like Flint and Fishing Rods for Enchantment Books and Enchanted Armor and Tools or various other Loot from fishing. The One Enchantment you never want to find on your Sword is Bane of Arthropods as that's only useful against mobs like Spiders and Silverfish and that I think has a Max level of Five (Bane of Arthropods V). Also, you can Combine Enchantments to get a Single Book with all the Enchantments you want on a piece of Armor or one of your Tools using the Anvil. This method has been around since the 1.14 Village and Pillage Update. Let me know what you think about this and I'll catch you in your next video man!

1. Yas I got the 2nd most amount of comments on the last vid 🎉 idk why I’m happy bout dat🎉 2. By much more frequently I mean in the video i saw after it appeared, well, it spawned for everybody (only if they saw the actual dweller) and it changed places if you changed places every 10 seconds to a minute about, but they did not jumpscare the players so I’m guessing only the naturally spawning ghost versions jumpscare, give the affect, etc
