This is how I survived 1000 Days in Hardcore Minecraft, the full movie. Put it on in the background, put it on for bedtime and watch as you sleep, or enjoy all of the antics, farms & builds, and everything I got up to in the first 1000 Days.
The plan is to focus 1000 Days on Farms, 1000 Days on Builds & Farms, then 1000 Days finishing the fantasy Asian spawn city.
50 farms, 5 builds, a massive storage system to hold every item in the game, and wayyyyyyy more ... and this is how I got it done.

This series is like a blueprint for players looking to improve their gameplay. While it's only just getting started, it shows how to (in my opinion) how to set yourself up for success. You can't build a mega base without resources, so focus on that first and then you can do whatever you want! I absolutely love that you included links to all the farms, as well. You are taking us on this journey with you and I am so excited to see where this world goes!

Thanks Timmy, you've hit the nail directly on the head. I think in the past I've tried way too hard to have big plans early on and "megabase this and megabase that" without having the potential to complete them. This series, and you're right it's just getting started, is going to show how much I've learned as far as progressing in a world and making insane stuff. When you see what's in store for Eps 11, 12 and 13 ... just ... I'm ready for it. I'm ready to show you ALL of that! I'm so excited for this world!! Thanks for coming on the journey.

It is one of the best 1000 days I have seen. The fast paced gameplay really hooked me up and got some really cool ideas for my world. I recently started playing Minecraft so watching these kind of 1000 days really helped me.

All the little things you forget along the way, right? How early I killed the dragon and even then it felt like I'd taken my time ... the super early game sheep farm, forgetting the boat in the iron farm ... lol This world is my favourite I've ever built and it's only going to get crazier. :)

honestly made me want to do a 100 days in Minecraft myself, but my skills when it comes to playing any game is lack luster! XD I might use your video as a little helping hand, that's if I don't die falling off a mountain :D. And if not you can do it again. haha You don't have to start in hardcore though ... if you get a world going and you just want to learn, play, get better ... that's what most of us did when we started. I relate to that - I never want the 1000 days to be up but mostly because people end there. It's a VERY common stopping point for miniseries and I get it ... but sometimes you want more. In GOOD news for you and others who feel this way, I'm over 1850 days in and 2000 days full movie will be out ... "soonTM" :D

Thanks! I'm really glad you loved it so much! I will be releasing the next 1000 days all in one video like this one in under 2 weeks but all of the episodes are currently live, as well. I think you'll like some of those, too! :D Nah, no engineering background - I'm more of a planning and optimising type person IRL. So I can easily pre-plan and make those plans work generally.

My favorite part of this video is how detailed you were in linking all the best farms you choose to use when starting out / later on, there are so many ways to tackle those problems and I think I'll be coming back to this video a lot and using it as a reference to decide what farms to choose in my worlds.

me and my friends (6 of us) made a realm and in like 17 irl days we’ve pretty much completed the game other then the wither and stuff after that but now no one gets on thought abt going to java and doing a solo world and this definitely inspired me to do so

You should! Most friend groups like that tend to login for the meme of "2 weeks a year" to play together, do what you want, then most people log off. Of those groups, there's usually one person who would rather keep playing ... those are the people I play for and the ones I want to show what we can do in longterm Minecraft. :) Sounds like you're that player! Starting a long term survival solo world is a really cool way to get into it and be "one of us." haha

I've been playing Minecraft since I was a kid, and I've always played so casually, but watching this video made me realize how much more I want to actually do in the game. lol Yeah it's like that sometimes. 1000 days is about 350 hours of recording. Getting that down to 4 hours and editing, replaymod, music selection, farm selection & planning ... this is probably 850+ hours in the making. Still, it's what I love doing so we're out here. Thanks for the kind words!

haha A few people noticed this and thought the same. To me, I used to speedrun a bit. I have beaten the dragon with iron armor and beds or just iron armor and an infinity bow more times than I know. Diamonds in the End isn't SUPER unusual for me but it's a fun one. :)

You can trade for ender eyes so all I needed was a bit of iron traded for some emeralds, a cleric to give me pearls, then I showed how I killed the blazes, mostly with the bow in offhand so it uses looting. The fort was a bit of a dig but nothing you can't do once you have a shield. :) All fun & games! :D

Watching videos like these always brings me in awe and watching this while I’m playing a game or on my computer or just doing something random helps keeps me stimulated and entertained at the same time but it makes me realize how sucky I am at Minecraft I just got it on my pc but whenever I play I do good at the start than I decide to get materials or explore and….i get lost and just can’t find my way back and delete the world 😭 your dedication is truly amazing especially on hardcore and it was so fun to watch keep it up this video was a calming watch I very much enjoyed it 🫶🫶🫶

I am glad you enjoy the videos and they keep you stimulated and entertained ... but I don't want you to feel like you're "sucky" at Minecraft. I do this for my job and get the benefit of playing every day and if I have questions I can ask some of the best players in the world for help. Everything is a learning experience so I hope you just keep enjoying the game. :) If you love the early game, it's ok to play that until you figure out how you enjoy the mid and late game. I used to ONLY like the early game and deleted tons of worlds. Keep going and have a great day!

hahaha A lot of people were saying this back on Ep 1 comments. I think it's funny because honestly, I'm comfortable doing the dragon fight with no armor at all. All the awesome gear I had was just bonus. haha I didn't "plan it" to get my first diamonds while End raiding but I'm not SUPER surprised. lol

Thanks! 1000 Days is kind of that "first milestone" I think once you're a seasoned hardcore player. Getting there is great but it feels like for me, in this world, it's just the very start. I have so much more I want to do now. :)

I recomend to replace the soul sand in the item sorter with soul soil to move even faster with soul speed and if you some how lose you boots you will still be able to run normally.

Yeah it's not a bad idea. Soul sand is just so much easier to get 1000 of when you've got the bartering farm already. I had it without spending a second getting it. Overall you're right though.

Glad to hear it! I think burnout in MC is common ... my thought is always if you are doing something you want to do and enjoy, you won't burnout easily. If you're doing something you think you have to, you definitely will. I love this world so far and can't wait to show you all even more so I never burnout on it. :D

I randomly came across this video on my recommended and I do not regret clicking on your video one bit. this is by far one of the best 1000 day videos I have watched. how everything is broken down- you explaining everything as if people don't totally know what's going on, but not explaining it to make it sound like you're talking to idiots. you do so much in a timely manner, you're efficient, this was an incredible breakdown of everything imaginable. I learned so many things watching this video. I can never come up with stuff to do in vanilla and you made me want to add so many things to my own list of to-dos. you're funny, personable, and I cannot wait for your future videos and what this hardcore world has in store for you :)
