I Survived! This was my FIRST ever time playing Hardcore, so I'm stoked that we made it too a thousand days. It was close!! During the adventure I managed to build a fantasy style village, complete with huge storage building, a MASSIVE custom cherry blossom tree. A Sniffer sanctuary and a very unique Iron farm with water fall disposal system! Amongst many other fun and unique builds. Of course there were LOTS of shenanigans and boss fights along the way. I hope you enjoy the video:)

The flights to Australia are expensive from anywhere Raina, including from Australia to Australia. It's well worth a visit though if you have the funds and more importantly, the time. You're not going to see much in less than a few weeks. Because of your labour laws around annual leave, that means we seldom ever see Americans here unless they're in military uniform, so you'd be welcome and a curiosity😁

Can’t believe you have 9k subs I was expecting so many more when I looked! When you have more of an audience I’d really appreciate subtitles to be added into your videos but I 100% get if you don’t want to as they would take a lot of time to add, can’t wait to binge your videos! 🙃

I never really understood the need for manually inserted subtitles on videos, maybe you can educate me here. Is it not enough to turn on the optional subtitles/closed captions that are available with youtube automatically? giving everyone the option to either have or not have? They seem pretty close to perfect on what's being said these days too, not like years ago. Am I missing something about having it hard coded into the video itself?

@@microcosmgaming There is the youtube version but compared to manual ones bigger youtubers put in theyre quite hard to read (theyre smaller) and they have a black boarder that kinda ruins the vibe of the video, if you look on videos with youtuber subtitles the letters are normally bigger and more in time with what the person is actually saying which makes it a lot easier for people who struggle to take in information to understand whats being said. Like i said previously, i completely understand if it isnt somethjng you want to do i just think it would add something to the video & people would be appreciative that use them 🙃

Ah ok, gotcha. Thanks for giving me that perspective on it. It's a tough one to judge, personally it annoys me to the point of closing a video when there is constant subs popping up on screen that I can't turn off, so that becomes a subjective preference thing, but then there is the question of access for those with hearing impairment etc too. It's something to think about for sure. Thanks mate.

Well you should definitely visit then. Like England, it's nicer in the summer and more beautiful in some parts than in others, but getting there from east coast England should be cheap as chips on the ferry. It's easy to get around by train etc too, so you can see more than just Dublin. By all means binge the videos, so long as you're warned the early stuff is rough around the edges lol. You can use the knight position, or "L" shape water pattern to get even more sugar cane plants in the same space instead of a checkerboard pattern.

how do you not have more subscribers!!? well im happy to be here anyway definitely a new favorite youtuber, most people that do hardcore series go straight to automatic farming and beating the game but you have a big focus on builds which i love and a fun humor and voice. You remind me a lot of one of my favs is Waxfruad just with that irish accent 😂 Thanks for the videos youre awesome!!

I like an auto farm as much as the next bloke, but unless I've got a twist or an original design on one, I think it might be a little boring to watch, that's just my opinion though, so that's why I focus on the builds a little more, I'm glad you like😊 I've seen some indication in my data that you're not alone in people who watch waxfraud making their way to me. I have to admit not having seen him before but now that I have that's a big compliment, very talented creator. I appreciate the thought out comment, thanks😁

what is that texture mod , it looks amazing and amazing video was way better than i thought icl ,also not sure if yud ever do it but could you do a step by step toturial of the first ever base you made in this hardcore world , i love how you made it but unfortunally im really bad at building so i usually need help from toturials , so would love if you could do that , even if you cant dw , your video was still amazing and icl gave me sum motivation to play the game again

Hey, thanks I'm glad you enjoyed the vid. For the textures etc, I've dropped that detail into the description, all you'll need is there including the seed if you want to check out the map. The tutorial, hmmm. Well, I've got a few tutorials on the channel that might give you a feel for how I build, as for a tutorial of the storage building, tbh I doubt I'll do that. Most people don't realise how much work goes into making a good quality tutorial video, and a building of that size would mean a long long tutorial video which would take me weeks to make. What I might, and I say might, be able to do, is provide the schematic on patreon eventually. I'm looking into the details of that process recently and will decide soon if I'll provide that shortly. Either way, I say give it a go, make your own version based on what you've seen and I bet it'll be better than you expect!

Es el primer vídeo que lo veo completo, de inicio a fin. Me gustó demasiado, la música, las construcciones y todas las vistas. Te salió precioso. Porqué lo escribí en español y no en inglés? Entiendo el inglés casi a la perfección pero me falta mucho vocabulario como para poder escribir todo esto. Pero espero que no les moleste.

El español está bien. Solo hablo un poco pero por eso tenemos que traducir ¿no? Me encantaría poder ofrecer idiomas doblados para todos, tal vez algún día lo haga. @@microcosmgaming me gusta mucho verlo en inglés porque aprendo mucho. Pero para otras personas puede que les guste más con doblajes, pero yo creo que pierde un poco la gracia de tus vídeos porque el hecho que lo hagas con tu idioma original lo hace espontáneo y maravilloso. Y también estoy viendo algunos vídeos más tuyos de Stardew y otros de Minecraft. Muchas gracias por responder y espero que sigas con éstas maravillas.

En ese momento era para que la gente durmiera, pero podría haber sido mejor con una voz. Por cierto, solo por curiosidad, ¿eres de España o de Sudamérica?

En verdad me dió pena cuando vi que Stardew era sólo sonidos sin voz, porque me gusta mucho los vídeos en dónde habla porque a veces lo escucho mientras estoy haciendo cosas y si no escucho nada de voz me pongo nerviosa porque no sé qué estoy escuchando, es un poco raro de mi parte, pero aún así veo los vídeos de Stardew

In all seriousness, so long as you don't expect it to be useful😅go for your life. It will help if you have some background in other languages, german perhaps, even the romance languages might help a little with the reverse sentence structures (english is the backwards one tbh), but either way give it a go if it gives you a giggle. go néirigh an t-ádh leat!

Well, thank you. Bigger builds would ruin the aesthetic of this particular village setting. A lot of times you want to build in context of your surroundings and the focus of your project. This one was cozy, so we had relatively cozy builds.

Snifflet, sure, that cute little moniker was set on release. Jean (not Jane), I've never really bought into. A once off ponder in a reddit post by Notch once upon a time does not a lore make. Especially when big ole Microsoft buys your product with no mention of that name attached to the game in any form. I prefer minecraft.net version that the name cannot be uttered! All a bit of fun though isn't it, so if ya like Jean or Jane, that's grand too.
