*You should use a light ball and not fully inflated, so the ball don't feel heavy, so your legs get less tired and use less energy.*

Skillful players are usually way more stationary and keep the ball much lower when they juggle casually. It looks difficult for you, and your touch looks not so good, but you did it for 5 hours straight. Mind boggling amazing
