I'd be interested to see a comparison of the timing latency of the speeduino vs link...Ive seen comments that the speeduino retards timing as rpm increases due to timing latency lag.

I never had problems in the past but I did see the discussion about it. I will test it out myself

had this problem in past, but it was due to optical sensor I've used.. at 1st no problem, then as sensor broke I swapped it for another one, then i noticed power fallen as rpm went up, then I identified the problem, swapped to m52 hall sensor and no more problems

Great video. Was this a ready-made speeduino or you made it yourself. I find it pretty hard to source the ready made ones. I have an SR I wanna put a standalone on for the longest while

You can get assembled ready to go speeduino ecu from DetonationEMS.com or speedyefi. Mine was pieced together with parts from wtmtronics.com

I would imagine it’s been swapped and was for the link ecu, they do a 24-1 wheel that slots straight in the standard cas.

I was using the stock Nissan disc with the link g4+ but swapped to a 36-1 disc for the speeduino

Ok so would not recommend using the stock wheel with the speeduino

I'm planning to test the speeduino for first time on my 1ZZ-FE DBW. I have used megasuirt in the past,but I want to try the speeduino. I am waiting for the BOM and soon will start soldering. Do you know if I can find a base tuning file for the 1ZZ ? Thanks.
