We do 5 various drills and challenges each (some are longer than others). Of course there is a lot more that goes into it and this is just for fun... but I hope y'all enjoy.

Fun video... Grace is a super athlete - naturally talented for everything. That's very rare in sports at any level, from pee wee to pros. It's always fun to watch her play the game. She could be a great kicker, too! Boomer!😎

I used to play soccer and I was a goalie so like when you drop kick the ball it is kind of like punting because if you throw the ball up instead of dropping it on ur foot it goes straight up not forward and up
