INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE No.1 (Sprite Fried Chicken wings)
1.8 lbs chicken wings
Sprite
Salt and pepper
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp chicken powder or magic sarap
1 egg
FOR BREADING MIX:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper
INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE No.2 (Crispy Fried Chicken Gizzards)
2 lbs chicken gizzards
1/2 tsp black pepper + 1/2 tsp paprika + Milk
Salt and pepper + 1/2 tsp garlic powder + 1/2 tsp paprika + 1/2 cup flour
BATTER:
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 tsp baking powder + 1/2 tsp paprika + salt and pepper to taste + 1 cup cold water
FOR DIPPING SAUCE: Mayonnaise and chili oil (you can add grated garlic)
