This is a great backflip video this motivate me to keep trying to learn a backflip and I know that I am going to get over that fear of doing a backflip and get my frontflip on the ground as well! Stay safe when learning a backflip, you don't want to get injured or hurt yourself! Also, Asher I know your friend will land that backflip just keep helping get there! 😁

i love how he went into it having no idea of how he was actually gonna teach it he did great, i think he will get it in part 2 also some tips for teaching: tell him to kinda go on his hands and do a 360, and then start jumping and putting his hands over his shoulder and land with his hands on the ground and then his feet, and then once hes not scared, have his hands go over his head, and then landing, and then feet landing. this is a backwards handspring basically. now that he knows the move, just try to do the same thing but with more power and try not to use hands. this probably made no sense, so reply if you have questions lol
