In the Czech Republic this is considered as a very good medicinal plant, i was very suprised to learn most people from foreign countries considered this as an inedible weed, you can make tons of stuff with these, (as you did in this video) such as a syrup simmilar to honey!

I have been foraging plants for years now, i highly recommend making sure you get your dandelions from somewhere that hasnt been sprayed with any oest or herbicides and isn't next to a busy road way! I loved this video of you are serious about dandilions i love the stems! sauted in an omelette or fresh on salad, they are like green beans, kinda. Very good though. Some other prarrie pesto canidates include lambs quarter, common plantain, stinging nettles, wild mustard, wild garlic, and even finding some good pecans or roaated acorns for a pine nut substitute. Once again always make sure you forage away from roads and spray sights, that stuff can be bad for your gut health (probably wont kill you but its best practice)

You shouldn’t eat plantain leaves, bad advice. Use the flowers as a poultice, sure
@andrewsallans58913 күн бұрын
@@humansomewhat2167 they would totally make an awsome poultice! That and velcro weed together would work really well. I still eat the leaves though as to me they have a very satisfying flavor and when they are pickled they remind me of grape leaves. That's just why they are one of my personal favorites . I guess it could be fun to try and make cord with them since they are so fibrous

Bravo! You did it again! A beautiful, uplifting, creative, informative video. With no innuendos, just clean informative education. I can no longer drink coffee since I began purifying my body for health. So I drink a dandelion and chickory drink called Dandy Blend. It does have body like coffee, making it satisfying to me. Now, If I had your dandelions, I'd see my "grocery Store" also has a pharmacy. I try the pain reliever formula, as I used to get Wild Lettuce as they call it for pain, and they also make it into many formulas as those weeds are really our friends. Who'd have known? Boy, this world is upside down. Thank you for holding your side up. Much Love
