Video content suggestion: KZfaq is swamped with channels showing 100+ back-tests (yawn). Most people don't have sufficient capital (or aren't prepared to risk their own money) to start trading. So showing strategies that pass prop firm requirements would negate that problem. If you want to make your channel stand-out, limit your back testing to 30 days, then benchmark the results against typical prop firm requirements. The main things to show would be: 1. Did it grow the account by more than 10% in 30 days 2. Was the daily drawdown less than 5% 3. Was the total drawdown less than 10% If it meets those criteria then it's a potential strategy for a funded account trial.

I BT last three months (Nov, Dec and Jan), BTCUSDTPERP BINANCE 1H. Results: 18 trades 8 wins 10 lost 14R Conclusion is that like every EMA strategy works good when u catch start of the big trend, and not working good when u are catching top of the trend and when market in ranging.

I found two bad trades, where I long but candle was bearish, so without those two trades stats will be 8 wins and 8 lost, and 16R. With 2R as target, result will be 10 wins, 6 loses but 14R, 2R less than 3R as target, but better win rate.

Just back-tested this strategy on the 1 hour TF for ETHUSDT from 03 Feb 23 to 20 Feb 23. 5 consecutive losses. SL at the candle paint, and 1.5/1 RR. Really like this channel though and the content that Trades By Mo puts out. Thanks for sharing the strategy

I had trouble getting R/R of 3:1 to work. Stop loss at the line frequently gets broken. So I moved it just past the most recent swing. This pushes the ratio out. 1.5:1 was as far as I could push my TP to get consistent results. I’m sure it’s different depending on what you’re trading but if anyone has any ideas I’m all ears

Agree with the 1.5:1 ratio, more adaptive in ranging markets and non-US markets. 3:1 is a bit too volatile for stocks.

I repeat backtest myself and result was worst. Also you should to know, that the author does not include fees spread and commissions. They eat a lot of your profit. Be carefull, do backtest yourself before start to trade on real money

You don’t need to add a 200 EMA, you can set it in the setting of the indicator. That way you won’t get false signals. The indicator also allows you to set alerts for when it throws a signal.

She has since provide entry and exit points on the securities I focus on. You can run a quick online research with her name if you care for supervision. I basically follow her market moves and haven’t regretted doing so.

Not bad, but I suggest move your stoploss to your entry, when you have 1:1 gains otherwise won't work. Don't belive the statistic in the video, because this won't happen! This indicator steps in mostly when the trend already began. Don't forget, there are no miracles. Do your own research, and hard work, non indicator will tell you the perfect entry, just yourself after learning the market!

Vwap is better than 200 ema and this indicator has build in 200 ema so only have to enable it. There is also an 200 sma option but that one is terrible.

Interesting, remember trading view and spelling and spacing sensitive, if you miss a space between words or spell something wrong nothing will appear. As long as you type in machine learning it should come up

I tested it on Forex and I can say it doesn't work. The results are too bad. Only for BTC it works on 1h chart. But the signals are very rare and out of 19 trades, 8 went into the SL. So that's not necessarily a good thing.

If RR is 1:3 and you have 8 losing trades, you have lost 8% of your account. You have 11 winnings left, which is 33%. The difference is big. How do you think this is not good?

you never choose a target as a % or a Xtime. none sense. you decide target from PA and analysis.

Na I gave up on this strategy. It simply does not yield positive results in my backtests. I merged the indicators into a single tradingview strategy and the results are appalling bad across various pairs (the best I saw was 52% winrate on 5m using 1/0.5 risk/reward). Furthermore, the NUMBER of trades is incredibly low. Unusable, sorry.

Why you need promo (sponsor) if you make soo much on 5k account? Start using technique with 200k funded and show us real results, backed by the prop-firm's statements.
