I wouldnt say he was using the old meta by 100%. Things like tiger with superior never were meta. Most ppl started using superior on floor 6 while using a flower of truth with yeti pet. For Floor 5 it was shadow assassin and livid dagger with yeti. As Mage Class the Armour for f6 was totally right, but Wither Goggles seem a bit to high cuz you dont have c28 if you are playing f6 to get to the lvl to play f7, means shadow goggles would have been a better copare. Otherwise you were using an ender dragon. After f6 release most ppl would use sheep pet or blue whale. The weapon depends. Spoon came after f6 but it totally still a meta weapon for it but most Mages used items like spirit scepter or yeti sword. For the part with adaptive armour it was weird that you used full set instead of goggles. And if you do a Video like that one again, please try the f7 again if the run was lagging, maybe even on a different day. Otherwise great video idea

The full set bonus of adaptive isnt worth it so they used goggles and i remember there were some people using midas with necrolord boots, wise drag cp and pants

I guess that 2019 is considered "old" now...

in f4 you don't just attack the mobs, it's pointless, you go on the coloseum and wait until spirit bear spawns after placing a decoy or two to get rid of spirit bats and it'll make the mobs focus the decoys

adaptive is actually the meta until floor 4/5 then you would switch to sa and use that until next upgrade

Btw about floor 5 superior actually should be better than shadow assassin because Superior has like double as much EHP than sa. Unless you kill livid VERY quick in sa otherwise it should be easier cause you dont die so fasr.I never struggled with superior in f5 and i am cata 35 compared to you

This really depends off of your cata level because hes cata 37. Im cata 26 and i got shredded on f3 with enchants and im pretty sure i remember him having no enchants/reforges

So 2 personal critiques about this video is. Supierior dragon armor was never used since it had a cata 35 req. Second you never used boomerang. Which is abismal now but was the most used weapon. Pre nerf

Switching the superior for SA would just slightly increse dmg and make ur ehp way lower
