These videos really blow my mind. I grew up in foster care from age 12 to 18. Went into the system with all my things in a trash bag and left the same way the day I turned 18. Being a ward of the state is not a good experience for a lot of kids, so seeing that there’s good people out there doing it with the best interests of the kids in mind first is really heartwarming.

U are right in all the years my husband was in foster care he was only in one good foster home..and he started out in an orphanage at age six..

I like the way you tell kids not to do - "let's not touch", "we are not going there/doing" instead of "stop doing" "don't do/touch". It's good to know how to tell kids without intimidating them.

PETER, I hope you check with all the homes covenants in concern with putting in fencing for doggies and or any other building restrictions before considering buying. Good luck on your hunt.

🏡🏠 Also do avoid any house within Hoa, any home owners association. They are extremely annoying and aggravating with all their rules and regulations, and plenty of restrictions. Find out how tall a fence you are allowed to build for protection and privacy, which is extremely important.

Lovely homes 🏡 💖 the second one's kitchen was really nice 👌 👍. I know you will eventually have a beautiful home with your kids. Also, I've mentioned this before... I hope you see my message. Please, please blur the house numbers, and some areas that you visit. It is vitally important that you do that because sadly we do not live in a utopia. There are bad people out there and it is important that you keep PRIVACY for yours and the kids SAFETY. Thank you. 🙂

They are all such pretty homes, I can see why you like the one looking over the stadium, live tv all the time ;). I can't think of anyone who deserves to have a great home and large enough to help other kiddos than YOU Peter. Prayers that God will help you find the Exact Right place for you and yours. I think the master closet has an "Elfa" system in it, from the container store. Very easy to install yourself wherever you end up.

NICE backyard area with the bbq AND the trees and stuff! And a BIG kitchen and a lotta room. The last one was stellar, too! BUt, yeah, that view in the condo -- WOW! Perfect FREE games out the window!

I pray God blesses you with the perfect Home that turns out to be the Dream home you didn’t know was meant to be. Filled with love and safety for many kids to be helped. I will say from owning a multi story house with a semi open playroom it is LOUD! first if your room or living room is under it sounds like galloping horses above you and the sound comes down stairs! So often the teens are battling us for TV sound! Just a thought.

Lol, I thought an animal with long tail was running across the green on baseball field until I saw the helicopter flying and realized it was a shadow of the helicopter. When moving yes you have to make sure your dogs and a fence won’t be an issue but also have to consider if you move with foster kids will they have to a different school which will be another adjustment for them.

It's a beautiful house the backyard grading is a deal breaker. Water damage/drainage flooding. Please speak/contract an engineer to evaluate grading.

It was a pleasure visiting each home with you. Number 2 was nice but too small for you. Number 3 was pretty spacious but I think you might have to deal with a hoa. They can be a pain. It was fun watching the kids run through the houses. They were making me nervous wanting to touch everything.

Man oh man! The patience you have! Anyway, those houses were beautiful, we hope you find the right fit. House hunting can be fun & frustrating…I know because we started our house hunting journey last year in June and in our California market were outbid on every one until this one we are in and closed in October! Your current home is also beautiful, if you don’t find the perfect house maybe add on? Take care and God bless your beautiful family.

love the 1st house back yard with the trees. 2nd love the red brick exterior- kitchen is amazing.3rd house pantry is fantastic.i dont like the rails upstairs for little kids. my daughters friends would climb it and break the rails. had to tell them stop. great for well behaved teenagers. the view is amazing but walking a dog up and down a elevator would drive you nuts. teach the dogs to poo in the shower. pick up and drop in toliet. I love a house with a screen porch i can BBQ. with easy access to the kitchen. double and half car shed. so I have space for garden tools and bikes. I perfer to have my personal bedroom on the ground floor so I'm not walking up and down stairs all the time. need to have a camera so you can see what's going on in the living rooms up stairs. out door bird aviary would be nice and a trampline for the kids.

I know what you mean. When I lived just outside of Charlotte. I seen on WBTV or WSOC News, the same building You are in. They showed the same view of Truist Field. WBTV also interviewed some people who lived there, who would invite people over on game days to watch The Charlotte Knights Baseball Games from the window.

It's better to get a big space outside than inside - less cleaning and the kids can spend more time outside playing in their backyard instead of playing video games the whole day.

I remember going house hunting with my parents and at the one house I truly fell in love with, bc I saw the “perfect” bedroom for myself, but upon declaring, “this is my room” my father turned to me and said, “it is🤨 well get a J.O.B.!”😳 needless to say I never got that room🤷🏻‍♀️Best wishes Peter on finding a new home so you can further care for more children in need, you’re a wonderful and caring soul, god bless you🙏 Zay is hilarious, his main concern is a room big enough to accommodate a drive-in movie screened sized tv & for Anthony it’s all about the pantry size and it’s contents, I’m dead😂😂🤣 Prayers your hope and dreams come to fruition🤞♥️💫✨👼🏻✨💫♥️🏠

I don't know how many videos I have missed cuz KZfaq has not informed me of any subscriptions I have the bell on even ones I don't for months. It's been awhile, I have to catch up. Wish I had a home period. Or a nice tent and grill would be fine at this point.

I like HOAs. If you’ve ever lived next to a family with 25 flamingos and a giant flag on one side and the home mechanic with a truck and 2 jacked up cars that never seemed to leave the driveway AND across the street from “Boat man” - a guy who couldn’t afford to build a boat garage so he keeps his boat smack dab across the street but in front of your house 🙄🙄🙄. I have come to appreciate Home owners associations. Not everyone has good taste or class.
