Fun fact: The Cloud in FF Tactics is canon to FF7. During the week he was missing, at least his mind went over to Ivalice. With The Planet of FF7 being able to perform Isekais, there is no reason that Square couldn't license out characters to anything.

@@kielbasamage in the game Doki Doki Literature Club, the main antagonist does what Sephiroth is notorious for- killing off characters and manipulating the narrative itself in order to be with the main character (Cloud, in Sephiroth's case) and it gets incredibly and uncomfortably meta... which is Sephiroth's whole thing lmao. Highly recommend the game ONLY if you're okay with dealing with sensitive topics such as stalkers, depression, sh and abuse, and suicide.

I did something like this once with a different character for a meme but in Rise, it was hard enough to try to get the outfit right already and I imagine it would be a lot harder in gu bc of the lack of layered armor and some qol changes (unless you had the stuff you needed already when you started i guess)

Fun bit with Granblue Fantasy (0:28): Cloud's VA voices a white-haired, black-winged character endgame raid boss figure who happens to have a special attack called Sephiroth (the Astral named Lucilius). His character has connections with those voiced by Zack and Aerith's voice actors lorewise as well 🤣 He also has a cool prog rock boss battle theme that's composed by Tsutomu Narita who learns so much from Nobuo Uematsu (his friend and mentor) complete with vocals that would remind you of a certain final boss battle against a pretty swordsman who wants to end the world lol
