Don't know what to say, Al's production values keep improving. I help a lot of mates sell their old kit, most of it is run of the mill but occassionally some of the stuff that comes out of their garages is really interesting like the original Big Bertha 2 iron (loved the way Uncle Dan focussed on the Memphis 10 shaft) and this original Tight Lies wood. They have little value until you put them in the hands of a creative genius. If only I could find something that really puts Al to the test and stretches his limits...

I’ve got my old gamer driver from the early 2000’s, a GBB 6.5 degree with a RCH90 pro series shaft if you fancy trying it for one of these videos? I took a standard 8’ GBB when it came out but although it carried 320 ish, it usually hit the moon on the way down. The Callaway rep assured me the 6.5 was built for Ernie Els to try and get him to switch from TM but he couldn’t get any height to it. I loved it but once I started to drop below 115 swing speed I lost 20 yds on the rest of the field.

My dad had these in the 90s and I think i pured my first shot with them they were revolutionary fairway wood/hybrid. You have the best personality love this channel I hav said it before you should have millions of followers

I used that 5 wood (19 degree) for several years. Still think it was (and is) one of the finest 5 woods ever made. Once the shaft was set right it was a gem.....

The Adam’s driver of similar era was a real thing of beauty! NOT! However, there was a Wilson driver of same era that was even more ugly as looked like a UFO with a shaft stuck in the top of it., I forget the name. Great video Alex, again.

I'm a HUGE Adams fan. I play CB1 irons. I have a set of CB2's, CMB's, XTD Pro's, V3 Hybrid irons. 3W, 5W, a handful of hybrids and super hybrids, 3 driving irons... Did I mention I'm a big fan of Adams?..... 🫣

Oh baby, Adams with the speedslots are bangers! I switch between the Adams Tightlies Tour, and the Speedline Fast12 5 woods. Crazy good sleeper clubs. Why pay premium TM money when you can get the same tech that's 10+ years older for a fraction of the price?

I remember the demo day on the local range when the rep's trick was to remove the massive rubber tee, place the ball in the hole in the mat where the tee had been, and tell you to hit the ball. This trick sold a lot of clubs.
