Savannah Spanish Six months ago I had worse and worse abdominal pun. I finally called my husband, who rushed home from work as fast as he could. It turned out I had to have emergency surgery. My husband was there every minute. Even though I was discharged the next day, he took the day off. I can’t believe he left her alone with that pain, either!

I think context is needed in why he did so, she wasn't in agony when he left as she was able to move and get into the bath, and it wasn't like he was up enjoying himself he was helping her mother, so its most likely he had a job/errand he needed to do that got in the way, but intended to not be gone that long.

MrFruitCup sometimes woman who are pregnant can have babies prematurely and a lot of blood comes out and stuff so that could have been the case

I've never given birth of course but my cramps are up there on the scale, like I'd say maybe 7-8 out of 10. I had an ovarian cyst rupture once and I conservatively rated it a 9. Some people just don't realize how bad that stuff can get :/

This happened with my mom , she didn’t know she was pregnant until 5 months she went to the hospital because she was bleeding like crazy, and they told her she was pregnant, and they told her I was not going to make it so they had to abort me. She wasn’t feeling ready that day so she told the doctor she would come back tomorrow, then in the morning the next day when she was getting ready to go to the appointment, I popped out in the bathroom 😩and I made it

I met a girl in college who didn’t know she was pregnant until 3 days before her labor and delivery! She had no idea and was taking birth control the whole time. So crazy how that can happen. Her and baby were fine and baby was in school by the time I heard her story.

I mean getting your period is usually a pretty good indicator that you’re not pregnant. Most women who have a pregnancy scare are gonna see that their period came and move on, especially if they think the chances of them being pregnant was low to begin with.

Denay Darbyshire she had her period the whole time which is a big sign that your not pregnant. So she probably just didnt think of pregnancy. My sister had her period the whole time during her pregnancy and didnt show at all. (She carried more toward her back) . She didnt even know she was pregnant until the 7th or 8th month after feeling movement when she was lying on her back.

My fist pregnancy, I didn't know what the baby's movement felt like. And it's easy not to recognize it if your busy with life. At 4 1/2 months pregnant my mom asked if I started feeling them kick yet. I told her no. But I did have a lot of "moving gas" 😂😂😂 I told her see, "moving gas", as one of my son's started moving around inside of me. My mother said that was the baby's moving. smh! With my second pregnancy I got my period for the first 3-4 months than at 5 months my stomach ballooned. Every women is different.

I didn't know I was pregnant till I was 20 weeks . I felt a kick and panicked. I was out drinking and partying.. my periods were irregular due to my endometriosis diagnosis.. so I never thought anything about it. Well when I went to the Drs they did a ultrasound and found my son and he was growing great and is healthy . He's now 5 and I'm now pregnant after years of trying again . 💓

I was 25 when I had my one and only child. My boyfriend ran off, and my parents disowned me because I wasn't married. I had seen babies before, but never a newborn. I was completely alone. I LOVED being pregnant...I would have loved to be pregnant for the rest of my life. The day I went into labor, it was in June...mmmm fresh fruit. I had eaten over a pound of fresh Bing Cherries...and, I got belly cramps so bad...but, cherries will do that? I called the hospital, and explained my situation, Bing Cherries or labor? They told me to come in, I could hardly walk by then, and they wheeled me up in a wheelchair to get checked out. I was in labor. What I found fascinating was, when I wasn't having a contraction, I was totally pain-free. It was just like I had never had any pain, until the next contraction. I never received any instructions regarding taking care of a baby, and it's a miracle my son survived me. I tried breastfeeding, but it was SO painful. My ni**les were blistered, red, and swollen. So, I started bottle feeding. I knew babies drank out of a bottle...but that's all I knew. When my baby boy was always throwing up, I took him to the pediatrician. He asked some questions, I answered them. I found out newborns don't drink a FULL bottle...only an ounce or two. I'm sure he had a good laugh with his colleagues after I left. I wound up being a wonderful mother, and my son DID survive my ignorance. My family still didn't contact me for about 2 years. They wanted to see my son. They enjoyed my son but rarely spoke to me when I took him to visit. No more family Christmas, other holidays, or birthdays for me. I was always alone. My mother and father passed away years ago. I didn't grieve for them. Now, my 2 sisters, brother, and I have never been closer. The funny thing is, years later, I found out my father wasn't even my father. He wasn't even my sister's father. What a hypocrite she was...constantly having affairs. I don't know if he even knew about my mothers' cheating. But, my sisters are twins and have blonde hair and deep blue eyes. I'm light olive-skinned, have hazel eyes, with very dark brown hair. They have curly hair, and my hair is straight. What father wouldn't be suspicious of that combination?? I just today, sent off a '23andme' DNA test...I'll soon know what nationality, and who I actually am! My sisters choose not to know.

My neighbors daughter loved to pay volley ball and other sports and she played rough. She started gaining weight and people would asker her if she was pregnant. She said she was on her period so she couldn't be pregnant. When she played volley ball, she would dive for the ball and hit the ground with her stomach. She was smoking, drinking vodka (and other mixed drinks), involved with multiple sex partners. She was surprised to end up in the hospital popping out a baby

Its actually not that bad if you go in expecting the worst its going to make it worse , in fact i didnt even notice i was in labour lol i had a nurse wake me up i was so not happy about that lol Hey wake up Why are you waking me ? it took me hours to get to sleep !! I woke you to tell you your in full labour And ?? I thought you would like to know Why ?? Your in labour Yes i got that i just dont get why you felt the need to wake me to tell me that Dont you want any pain relief No i want sleep You do hear that woman screaming ? Your further along than that you sure you dont need anything ? Yes i heard her its the reason it took me hours to get to sleep. Thanks for the concern but im 26 weeks pregnant im having a c section in the morning and my toddler is, actually i have no idea where he is but what i do know hes not here which is good as i can get sleep with no waking up due to children so please let me sleep while i can if it makes you feel better i didnt know i was in labour with him either Erm are you not in pain ? that last contraction was very very strong you cant tell me you didnt feel that I had a contraction ? nope no pain, listen i live in chronic pain every day 24/7 so ok i have the sadistic little men using cheese graters and hammer and chisel on my spine but thats normal i can live with that So you dont want anything for the labour pain? If you hadnt told me i wouldnt even know i was in labour can i sleep now ? Erm ok try get some sleep night night Yeah that didnt happen i ended up walking the coridors all night as the other lady screaming put a stop to me getting any more sleep, i did have one dr think id escaped the mental ward as he asked why i was there as visiting time was over so i shouldn't be there at 3 am i told him im having a baby in the morning he laughed and called the mental ward to see if id escaped it took 3 nurses another doctor and a scan for him to believe me lol . Baby was delivered by c section in the morning all 1lb12oz of her 😁 Ive been in labour twice both time i didnt even notice every pregnancy is different but ive had friends say the same they didnt understand what all the fuss was as the pain wasnt really that bad they didnt take any meds one friend slept through her labour and was woke up when it was time to push lol. As i said try not to worry if you go in expecting the worst its going to make it worse just relax and if it gets bad take the drugs have a epidural you wont feel anything with that !! As for c section its not too bad either as long as they dont cut down from belly button to bikini line as my first was done that way it was hell i couldnt walk up right for weeks and it was a total mess i actually threatened to sue if they cut me like that with my second, no one knows why they did it that way as the cut me normal inside i had set rules with my second one no stitches use stapels, dont check my legs to see if the epidural is working i cant feel them anyway they did that with the first totally ignored my i dont feel my legs talk and i felt the first 2 minutes of them cutting into me yeah that was so not fun i actually swore at the doctor lol i watched them do the second one and as soon as i could walk i was fine and doing stairs by the next day and i healed very quickly where with my first it took months to heal i still get pain in the scar 20 years later 🙄
