Agreed that was pretty sick. I was listening to a podcast with Ben Askren and he talked about how it's such a great TD because it's really hard to counter it. Cayden hits it super clean too

Maintain the weight, and limit the 2 day weight cut. Your energy levels will go insane if you keep doing this. Great job Cayden. I have already noticed that your energy levels are through the roof the more you maintain the weight.

I used to wrestle for Minot back in the day. I was there when they finished construction on that stadium. Looks like they changed up the coaching staff there. Which is good because the head coach when I was there was the worst. Great work though, love the vids. Your next match you should film completely rotating

Nice video Cayden! My friend wrestled at Area/Regions and dislocated his shoulder in his finals match. He won by disqualification but he doesn't want to go on to sectionals which is heartbreaking for me because he loved this sport and a small inconvenience ruined that.

go for a mile run a few times a week and build from there. also j getting on the mat and wrestling is the best you can do to improve your wrestling endurance

Wrestlers, What is a good way to get rid of fat weight? I try caloric deficits and cardio but most times i end up loosing water and getting dehydrated or starving myself to the point i have no energy. I weigh 147 and am around 18% fat, trynna get it down to 8% so i can wrestle 135. Thanks!
