I love how he tipped the cooks and not just the server. Working in a kitchen is extremely hard and it takes a lot of hard work and I feel we’re under appreciated. Where I work what the server makes for a tip, everyone who works in the kitchen splits .03% 👍🏻

What blows my mind about the last guy isn't just that he shared the money, but how fast he decided to do that. There may be a few people who, if given time to really think about the situation, MIGHT think it through and decide to share with co-workers. But almost no one would just instantly, within 2 seconds of being handed $600 and told it was his, would say "you mean it is everyone's". Wow! Moonie is the man.

I worked kitchens for 7 years. I started a dishwasher and climbed my way to the kitchen manager. It's not easy to make everyone happy and/or work together as a team. Having even one person like him makes a huge difference! He seems like a go getter and a good leader!
