The white air is air condensation from the Air conditioner. When the hot humidity air from the outside comes inside the Aircraft's A/C.

Let me just say this in a loving way: You..are...NUTS lol - This was so much fun to watch. Unless someone sponsors it in a big way I would not take such strenuous trips, it's so exhausting! Having said that "driving" across the land is more fun and I'm happy to do it!!
